Respected sir*ma'am,**I ordered the mobile POCO M* Slate Blue (* GB**** GB). *Order ID : OD********************The mobile is working perfectly but it has a gyroscope sensor problem. The gyroscope sensor is not working perfectly. It shows delay in display after movement in any direction. Yesterday I talked to a flipkart customer care officer. They told me the steps to resolve the issue but the issue is not solved yet. They scheduled a technician visit to resolve the issue and assured me that if the issue will not be solved by the technician, I will be able to replace the device.**Today one technician visited my house to solve the problem. He checked the mobile but later he was not able to solve the problem. Gyroscope sensor is showing delay at this time also. **In addition to that, this device also lags sometimes. I don't want to use this kind of defective product. I didn't know that all this kind of devices will have the same problem due to buggy system & buggy software otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. **Now whenever I am requesting for refund my product, flipkart is automatically rejecting the request without interacting with me. This kind of behavior from such an international company is not tolerable at any cost. **So, I humbly request you to give your kind attention to this matter and give a refund of my product. Otherwise I will not buy anything from Flipkart in future. **Thank You
