I purchased an Airfryer last week and it arrived today with a problem. The drawer is not closing properly; typically, it should close when pushed in but mine is sticking in the middle. We only just unpacked it at 8:30 PM and have not used it yet. It is not fitting correctly. I have spoken to your customer service representatives who mentioned there is no return policy, yet the bill clearly states there is a 10-day return policy. I am requesting a prompt resolution to this matter as I have invested a significant amount of money in this product and would like either a technician to fix it or a replacement unit.

Dear Flipkart Support Team, I kindly ask for my account to be unblocked so that I can make online payments toward my bill. Additionally, please remove the disclaimer on my bank account from your end. This issue has been causing me a lot of trouble. I am disappointed by this unexpected behavior from your side and your customer service department, who have not been supportive. I urge you to respond promptly and not to send a message about canceling my request. I am extremely frustrated with the services provided.

Dear Flipkart, I am Rajendra. I recently ordered a Hem Lavender diffuser set, worth [redacted] rupees, under order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. However, the seller sent a different product from a different company, valued at [redacted] rupees, with various discrepancies. I promptly contacted customer service and was assured of a refund. Despite an executive coming to collect the product after three days, they claimed the incorrect item was sent, instructing me to contact customer care once more. Unfortunately, I have not received any further communication regarding my refund or product replacement from Flipkart. I have attempted to reach customer care via phone without success. I placed an order with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. When I received the item on December 14th, it was the wrong size and a different color. After requesting a return due to the size issue, the pickup person mentioned a color mismatch, asking for a new return request. Despite creating a new request for the color issue, I was then asked for identity proof. Why is this required? Can I not return the item using my existing ID or phone number?

I purchased car sun shades but unfortunately, I encountered quality issues and need to return them. I have been receiving messages and calls over the last two days stating that someone will come to pick up the order. However, the individuals arriving have been on two-wheelers, which is not suitable for transporting the item safely. I have tried calling the office, but the person I spoke to was very dismissive, providing excuses like being busy eating or driving, which I found to be unprofessional. Is this the standard customer service experience that I should expect?

I recently purchased a HP laptop which arrived with only 4 months of warranty remaining, starting from February [redacted] although I received it on December 25th. I contacted customer service and was told to wait until January 7th for a response. This situation feels like a joke, considering the 10-day return policy from Flipkart. I have already requested a return and replacement.

I received Provogue shoes on December 11th and began wearing them on December 15th for a few functions. Initially, the shoes seemed fine, but later I noticed the skin was coming off. I wore them a few more times, but as the issue persisted, I stopped wearing them and submitted a refund request. Unfortunately, even the right shoe is now showing signs of wear. I kindly ask for a refund or the option to choose another pair of shoes.

I purchased a combo pack of pressure cookers under my wife's name, M. Daga, for Rs. [redacted]. Upon receiving the order, I noticed the upper case and whistle were missing. After reaching out to customer service, I returned the item, and the refund was added to my wallet. I placed a new order for another combo pack priced at Rs. [redacted], and upon arrival today, I encountered the same issue with the missing parts. Despite the difference in prices, I paid an additional Rs. [redacted] in advance using the PhonePe app. I am unsure why this problem persists. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.

I purchased Pro Biker hand gloves from Flipcart on December 15th. However, upon delivery, I received a duplicate pair of gloves in the wrong size. I reached out to Flipcart customer service on December 19th to request a replacement with the original Pro Biker hand gloves. They assured me they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, but I have not received any response from Flipcart since then. This has been a very disappointing shopping experience with Flipcart.

I recently received a necklace I ordered from Flipkart on January 6, [redacted]. Although I initiated a return due to a size issue the same day, I have now changed my mind because I really like the necklace and believe I can resolve the size problem. Despite explaining this to customer service via chat, they insist it is not possible to cancel the return. I find it unreasonable as I requested the return only three hours ago after receiving the product today. I am now seeking assistance to cancel the return without the product being picked up. Your customer service representative suggested reordering the same item after the return process, but I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly.

I am currently facing challenges with the FLIPKART customer service team, and I am dissatisfied with their handling of my issue. The representatives have failed to provide satisfactory assistance, focusing only on policies without understanding the situation. I ordered two 10-liter packages, but I only received one. Additionally, the delivery partner left the package at my door without my consent, failing to obtain a signature for delivery confirmation. The product, intended for disposing of pet waste, falls under the non-returnable category, making it non-refundable based on FLIPKART's return policy. Unfortunately, FLIPKART's policies lack clarity on missing items, leaving me without a resolution or accountability from the company. I simply seek either the missing item I paid for or a refund as a reasonable request.

I bought a Nokia 55-inch LED TV on January 3rd. I am disappointed with the clarity and connectivity problems. The display quality does not meet my expectations. I have requested a refund, but it has not been resolved after 10 days. Technicians have visited for troubleshooting, and the issues have been communicated to Flipcart. I have contacted customer service multiple times to request a refund, but the issue remains unresolved. I trusted Flipcart with my purchase, and if the customer is not satisfied, it is their responsibility to assist in resolving the problem. I have been trying to return my order for the past week but have faced issues contacting customer care. Sometimes they mention that my email is not updated on my account, and other times they promise to get back within 2 days, but there is no response. I have updated my email on the account and receive other emails without any problem, but I am unable to get the verification mail. I am puzzled why I receive OTPs and other review mails but not the link for ID verification after speaking with a customer consultant. This has been a disappointing experience with Flipkart. I have generally been satisfied with your service, especially with the delivery personnel who have been prompt and efficient in the past. However, I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart and was surprised to learn that there was no home delivery option available for my address, despite it being eligible for such service when I made the purchase. I had to travel 5 km to the nearest town to collect my order. I am curious to know if there has been a change in your delivery policy for my area, as my pin code indicates that Flipkart delivery should be available. We purchased the Blaupunkt TV model number BLA43AU680J[redacted] in September [redacted]. In early December [redacted], we noticed a vertical line covering 80% of the screen and 20% displaying the app log on the screen. Despite multiple complaints lodged in December [redacted] and January [redacted], we did not receive any feedback. We were instructed by customer care to send a video, and after doing so, we were informed that the TV was broken. We requested a representative visit under warranty, but were told it would be on a chargeable basis. We expressed disbelief at the decision to deem it broken without inspection and raised concerns about the display's quality. We sent additional emails but only received a response stating that physical damage is not covered under warranty and would be chargeable. We emphasized the short timeframe since purchase and the warranty coverage, questioning why a replacement would be chargeable. We expressed disappointment in the lack of customer service and requested a resolution from the company.

Hello, my name is Anila from Trivandrum, Kerala. I recently purchased two Furniture Kraft Nancy Metal King Beds, but one does not fit in my room. I have initiated the return process and the company is only offering a replacement of the same product. I would prefer a smaller product instead. The order was placed on 1st February and I received it on 7th February. One bed has been set up by a technician while the other remains unopened.
