Dear Sir/Madam, I am disappointed by the poor customer service provided by Flipkart. Recently, I ordered a Boat sound bar with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0, but the shipment was canceled before delivery due to a mismatch in the pin code according to Ekart Logistics. Despite being a regular customer with previous successful deliveries to the same address, the order was canceled after being paid for on 10th Feb [redacted]. Even after calling customer care on 13th Feb [redacted], I was assured of delivery the next day, only to receive a cancellation message just before the delivery. This experience has deterred me from ordering through Flipkart again. This situation has caused inconvenience, especially as the item was intended for a birthday gift. I kindly request your intervention to find a satisfactory solution to this issue. Looking forward to your prompt response. DK.

I recently ordered a Peter England University Men's Checkered Casual Pink Shirt which has not been delivered to me. The delivery person claimed that the address was not functioning on the day of delivery (despite it being a working place) and mentioned updating it. I received a message stating the product was delivered, but I did not receive the parcel. Please address this issue as the product has not reached me. The first time he arrived at my home, his behavior was unprofessional and rude. He said, "I will not take it, do whatever you want." I recently purchased a Realme X2 Pro with a two-day delivery option. I planned to exchange my old phone when the new handset arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery person refused to exchange it due to a small scratch on the device. I understand that a pre-owned phone may have signs of use, but the phone is still in good condition. Today is my mom's birthday, and I intended to give her the new phone. The delivery person mentioned coming back tomorrow, but now I received a message that the resolution may take until the 6th of March. According to the policy, if a phone doesn't meet the exchange criteria, the amount offered for exchange should be deducted. However, the delivery person failed to take the exchange amount and left. I am eager to receive the new handset today as planned. I am willing to pay for it and hope to avoid similar issues with future deliveries.

Dear Customer Service Team, I would like to bring to your attention that I received the wrong product on February 17th, [redacted]. Despite being in continuous contact with the customer care team, the return pickup has been repeatedly rescheduled. Although the Wishmaster visited twice, he refused to pick up the product, stating that I should request Flipkart to email them about the wrong item received. Each time I contact customer care, I am met with the same response - to wait. My return pickup dates have passed multiple times, and I continue to face delays. It has been 15 days of inconvenience due to the customer service. I have neither had the wrong product picked up nor received a refund. Hello, I purchased a VU premium 4k TV on March 20. The promised delivery date was March 24, today. When I check the order status, it says, "seller is processing your order." I expected the order to be processed by now, especially since today is the delivery date. I reached out on Twitter and was asked to private message. However, I have not received a response. I have always trusted your service in the past, but this experience has been disappointing. I hope you can address this issue promptly and deliver my product soon.

Hello, I recently ordered two products from L'oreal: the L'oreal foam face wash and L'oreal White Perfect cream, for a total of Rs610. I opted for cash on delivery and upon receiving my parcel, I discovered that only the L'oreal cream was included, with the face wash missing. I tried to inspect the parcel before accepting it, but the delivery person refused and threatened to take it back if I opened it. Feeling disappointed in this experience with Flipkart, I'm now unsure how to proceed since I paid for both items. I believe this situation may amount to cheating. Dear Customer Service, I have been trying to get in touch since March 4, [redacted], but unfortunately, I have not received a positive response from your team. I have sent multiple reminders via email, but I still have not been contacted by the Flipkart team. I purchased Asics GEL Peake 5 cricket shoes, but I received a different brand (Nivia company) of shoes. Despite sending my ID proof and lodging complaints five times, my issue remains unresolved. I have attached screenshots of my communications and have followed all provided instructions. Please address this matter promptly as my account has been blocked by the Flipkart backend team. Although I received a confirmation message after placing the order, it does not show in the "my orders" section of the Flipkart app, and I am unable to track it elsewhere. My husband contacted customer care and was provided with the order ID (please see the attachment). Despite raising a request through the app, I have not received a satisfactory response. I placed an order for two packs of vitamin C serum, but instead, I received a set of Samsung earphones. I requested a replacement from Flipkart, but my account got blocked as a result. In the presence of the delivery agent, I even captured a video of the wrong product and sent snapshots to Flipkart's customer support. However, instead of addressing the issue, they blocked my account permanently. Now, I have pending payments due by April 10th, [redacted], with no way to access my account to settle them. Despite receiving reminders via messages and emails, I am unable to contact Flipkart regarding this matter. I need to resolve this before considering deactivating my account, but I cannot login to do so.

I purchased wireless headphones with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. Initially, one piece was exchanged, but I received the same piece. I tried to return this piece as well, but on my account, it stated that the order was delivered on March 21st and the replacement date closed on March 31st. This timeline is unreasonable as I could not replace the item before it was updated in this manner. I am considering filing a consumer case against Flipkart if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I am experiencing issues with my Pay Later account. In March, I did not make any purchases, but your system charged me a late fee. Despite canceling all March orders, the fee was still applied. In April, I made a purchase of [redacted], but once again, late fees from March were included in my April bill. I paid the late fees even though I made no purchases in March. Additionally, the system is now adding May's amount to my April bill, which is not due until the 10th of June. I request clarification on the bill to resolve the problem efficiently. Order OD[redacted][redacted]0 I have not received the cashback yet. The issue remains unresolved. I contacted customer service on Fri, May 15 regarding the technicians finding a faulty compressor during installation. Despite reporting the issue to the authorized service center and Flipkart accepting the report for a replacement, pick up of the faulty product was delayed due to the impact of Covid-19. Although promised replacements, recent updates show the replacement as cancelled. Approximately INR 27,[redacted] of my money is involved in this transaction. I seek a resolution promptly as the situation seems unfair and deceptive.

I ordered a POCO F1 mobile phone from Flipkart two months ago, but due to the COVID-19 situation, my order was delayed. While I understand the circumstances, even after Flipkart resumed delivery services, I have not received my order. Another order for a mobile back cover was delivered after the lockdown (3.0), but my phone order is still pending. The expected delivery date of 25th May has passed, and there has been no update. This ongoing delay is frustrating as I require the phone for work that is currently on hold. I urge Flipkart to expedite the delivery of my order as soon as possible since waiting for two months for a product that is in a nearby city is unreasonable.
