Yesterday I made a reservation and was sent the wrong itinerary. I had to pay to cancel that one and the person I talked to gave me the flight that I wanted. I received a booking *, but no information. When I go online the only two flights that come up are one I took in January and the one that was canceled, but not the one that the person I talked to made for me. He took my credit card number, so I am concerned.
