I’m trying to avoid canceling my payment through my bank BUT I haven’t gotten many results with my seller and I am communicating perfectly with her and what I expect. She takes forever to respond and is doing minimal work on my website. I have spoken with her several times. She says she will do one thing and does another. I needed my website completed within a certain time frame that she agreed to do. I tried to ask questions and send as much information in the beginning so there wouldn’t need to be so many revisions but she is just putting anything on the website. I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix it and don’t feel comfortable at this time taking a chance on someone else fixing it. I need to see someone face to face because I’m working on a timetable and am already behind. It’s very difficult to reach out to anyone at the “help desk” on Fiverr when something goes wrong. You’re left trying to figure out what to do next. I’m very upset. I don’t wish to go through resolution )even though I couldn’t find it). I’ve spoken to the seller urbandiva on multiple occasions and still not completed yet. If I don’t hear anything soon I’ll proceed the best way I know how.
