Fiverr notified me of responses, but each time I attempt to reset my password to access them, I am directed to their homepage without any explanation. This issue has consumed a significant amount of my time. It appears that they are hindering legitimate users. While their concept seems promising in theory, its practical application proves to be problematic. Additionally, it seems they may have removed my initial account without providing an opportunity to rectify it. There was no communication regarding the suspension of my account, if that is the reason I am unable to access it. I am beginning to question the legitimacy of Fiverr and believe it may be fraudulent. Contacting the BBB seems necessary to shed light on the situation, seek resolution, and establish a means of communication with them.

I recently ordered an essay from a person on Fiverr, and we agreed on a high price for the paper I needed. However, the next day, I discovered that my account was disabled, and the seller took my money. I have been attempting to contact someone at Fiverr for three weeks to get a refund, but with no success. It's frustrating that Fiverr doesn't provide a phone number for customer support. I received an email from Fiverr claiming I received the paper when I didn't, and now it's too late to use it. This has never happened to me before on Fiverr, and I demand my money back. When I tried to proceed with the purchase and entered my credit card details, the first attempt failed, but the second attempt was successful. However, I received a message prompting me to contact customer support. I noticed a charge of $[redacted].24 CAD on my credit card statement after speaking with my credit card company, who informed me that Fiverr had processed and approved the payment to the merchant. I have recently raised an issue involving two separate businesses registered with Fiverr, both of which I manage. One of the accounts was switched to Fiverr to take advantage of a referral credit as a gesture of appreciation. This led to both accounts being deactivated without violating any policies. Despite numerous emails to customer service, the only response I receive is a generic policy email. I am not concerned about the monetary value lost, but there is sensitive information and services that were utilized. I am requesting the return of the balance in my account to my credit card promptly. The individual I worked with was unhelpful, causing frustration by repeatedly sending back the same picture despite numerous attempts to address the minor details. This wasted a significant amount of my time. Their response, "Really disappointed with all your requests, I read and fixed and now you say it doesn't work," was disrespectful and unprofessional. The service I received was abysmal, with difficulties experienced from May 2nd to May 20th, [redacted]. I have been unsuccessfully trying to submit a form on the fiverr website for the past 20 minutes, encountering constant stalling. On July 4th, I received three emails within a 5-minute span informing me of violations of the Terms of Service. Despite having over 6 years on the platform, a level 2 status, and [redacted]% positive ratings, my account was disabled abruptly without prior warning or clear examples of the alleged violations. I find it suspicious that I received multiple warning emails so quickly without specific details, leading me to believe an error may have occurred. One email claimed I have multiple accounts, which is impossible as I solely operate with one company and one PayPal account connected to our bank card. Could this be a case of mistaken identity or fraud on Fiverr's end? Another email mentioned an issue with one of my gig listings, although I have regularly updated it to comply with Fiverr's TOS without recent changes. The simultaneous delivery of these emails seems highly irregular. I have reputable clients awaiting my services, and with a spotless record, these sudden actions have left me perplexed. If these actions were not erroneous, I must request transparent information about the violations to prevent similar issues in the future when using Fiverr. Additionally, for the sake of transparency and reliability, clarity on the account's deactivation would greatly aid in recommending Fiverr to business associates. I've been trying to contact the seller for days now, and I'm under a time constraint. Despite sending multiple messages, he hasn't grasped my request for a label redesign. Hello, I recently made a purchase where a seller agreed to take photos of my products. The seller resides in Canada, so I sent the products to her. Due to the shipping time, she marked the task as "finished" to protect her ratings, which I understood. After 10 days, I inquired if she had received the product. However, she mentioned she had received packages but had not checked them yet. The next day, when I asked about the progress, I found out I was restricted from contacting her, possibly because the order was technically complete. Despite this, I am eager to receive the photos. I reached out to Jerseycao to add a video to my Amazon listing. He uploaded a video where customers can attach their unboxing videos. However, I noticed that the video icon was not displayed at the top of the page with the pictures. Jerseycao provided me with a screenshot showing the video icon at the bottom of the pictures, but when I checked the actual listing, the video was located much lower on the page where customers are supposed to upload their videos. I paid over $[redacted].00 for this service, and I am extremely dissatisfied. Although the video has good quality, it appears blurry and of poor quality on Amazon. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly or a refund be issued.

I am concerned that I may have been scammed! I intended to submit my songs directly to Kiss Radio FM, but I paid $75 for 3 songs and have not uploaded them yet. I am familiar with music services like this due to being a former CD Baby member. I used my debit card and now request an immediate cancellation and refund. I hold no ill will toward your company. While I believe you offer good services for those in need, I was not ready to subscribe at this time. Hello, I recently purchased a photo editing gig to change my photos with a white background. The seller promised delivery within 5 hours but actually sent it after 20 hours, which is fine with me. However, the problem is that the seller did not fulfill my request, and when I asked for a revision, they requested additional payment. The gig stated unlimited revisions. I had disappointing experiences with two sellers on Fiverr, "mostafaanik" and "sarajackoff." They promised results that were not delivered. While browsing the seller's portfolio, I was impressed with their work. I provided clear project requirements and shared my logo, ensuring the seller was capable of the task. However, the delivered work did not match the quality showcased in their portfolio. Despite the seller reassuring their ability to complete the project before payment, they later claimed my logo was complex and incompatible with their work. Surprisingly, they mentioned issues with a black background, even though they have worked with one before as shown in their portfolio. The promised custom animation was missing, with only templates used, and the loop was not seamless as advertised. The seller agreed to cancel the order multiple times, evident in our message exchanges both on the Orders page and in the Messages inbox. I am disappointed with the designer I selected for my project. I had requested the work to be completed by Monday. However, on Sunday, he asked for an extra day which I agreed to. On Monday, when I inquired about the progress as my supplier needed the pictures to ship my product, he promised a delivery by the end of the day but did not follow through. He eventually responded hours later, admitting the work wasn't finished. I believe I have not been adequately taken care of and my project is delayed.
