I requested a logo fix and a character logo character local from a seller. I gave a description of what I wanted and sent pictures of examples. The seller up charged me for the character logo. Then seller delivered something that was not like I requested. Example, seller sent Causcian (white) character logo with blonde hair but I requested African American logo with black curly hair. I gave further revisions then seller kept delaying on delivery. I requested a refund twice. Seller sent something else that still was not the work I requested. I requested a refund again but seller refused and asked for more revisions. I only have the same revisions but it seems seller does not understand what I am requesting and I have no more time to work with this seller. Seller has taken too long. Seller is not equipped to do my request. I want a refund but seller refuses.
