Update regulatory information ... I went to my booking for the Finnair portion of my trip to check everything. I went to update details for my trip, then update regulatory info. **In regulatory info, I think I misunderstood as it said it only needed to be completed if traveling to the USA. My initial stop enroute will be to Heathrow, then Stockholm. Then I am on a land tour. At the end of that tour is the flight with Finnair. So I put my home address for the USA in this area since I will be returning home eventually on Aug **, **** from Iceland, however I have an overnight stay in Helsinki on Aug ** to Aug ** when I depart to Iceland. So I need to know if there is something I need to change in this area & if there is nothing I need to put there, I cannot delete it now, the system online will not let me. How do I correct this. I am sure this is quite confusing. I just need to know if there is any other information you need in Finland for me to complete my reserved flight. It was booked Under One & the Booking reference I have is L*EM*N. I already tried to call the Finnair number here listed on your website, but constantly busy. Names on the tickets (me-Debra Albornoz & Spouse - Jaime Albornoz)* E-ticket numbers are **************** & *************************** I still cannot delete my home address in the 'Update Regulatory Information' at the bottom of the form for Destination that says only to fill out if travelling to the US. I will be travelling from Finland to Iceland only. I already have my flights info the the rest of my trip in Brittish Airways. Please advise do I need to do anything to this portion of the destination 'Update Regulatory Information' Area???? Please advise.
Frustrating because I cannot get any answer from anyone so far....I tried calling One Travel & they say I have to talk to Finnair, whom I cannot reach by phone.
Just let me know what I need to do & if the fact that I put my home address in the updated regulatory information as the destination will be a problem that I cannot now leave blank, as when I delete all the information, it says in theose spaces that they are all required.
