I now need to speak to a human re how to proceed with repair*return of the Nutri Ninja Duo Blender I recently purchased and need to return before my return days are up. I also purchased a (*) year service plan. In trying to make a smoothie (*) days ago, the blade top of my blender got stuck in the base. I, nor family members have been able to dislodge it. The smoothie mix has dried up in the meantime. Do I return the Ninja with the mix in it, or can I take a photo for you to look at and tell me how to resolve this issue. I have been trying to speak to a human re this product now for (*) days. I also purchased a Rug Doctor around March or April. I have used it two times only. When I tried to shampoo my home just recently, it would not dispense the shampoo. Pls advise how do I proceed with repairs and*or replacement. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated as I need to shampoo my entire home and I do smoothies daily as I am a Vegan.

I and family members have tried to dislodge the blade top from the Ninja's base. I have read the Rug Dr manual and followed the steps recommended to resolve the issue.
