Months ago I ordered and received filters. Later reefer died. Then more filters arrived I didn't call for . These were fore dead reefer, I called you said throw them away and you would credit my account with American express. Three months later guess what three more fiolters I didn't call for arrived for dead reefer. Last time thru this I told them I had to but new reefer. So now I have new reefer and of course old filters wont work. I do not want auto shipments. I call call when I need some for new reefer Im contacting American express as I don't intend to pay for filters you tell me to throw away and to see if you are crediting my account. Ive never had reason to double check with them before for any type of transaction but Im starting to wonder about filters fast
