return filters for refund ... ********* On ********* I ordered * Whirlpool EDR*RXD* refrigerator filters, order * CP-*******. I received * "comparable" filters, not the filters I ordered. The filters did not fit into the compartment and so I returned them, using your preprinted label. The USPS tracking systems shows that they were receive in the N.C. office on *********. I have not heard anything from Filters Fast, but I have received a bill from my credit card company for the cost of the ill-fitting filters. Please inform me as to when I can expect to see the credit to my credit card account. Thank you.
The returns were received by Filters Fast on ********* but I have not yet received any notice from them.

I have called the phone number listed on Fast Filters website, but there was only a message to go on-line. There is way to contact a human being

How GetHuman-eseppy fixed the problem
I was finally able to communicate with someone onthe filters fast E-Mail site, who responded that the filters had been received and a credit was sent to my credit card company. Three days later, I was able to verify that the credit was received. I recommend talking directly to the manufacturer. The Whirlpool rep provided me with the names of the authorized by them to sell the exact filter I needed. I went to the authorized seller, Home Depost, bought the filter that was perfect fit. Bottom, line: If sounds too good to be true, IT IS!!
