My name is Michael Nevilles I deposited a check nearly two weeks ago from state farm for $**,***.** due to damage to my home the mortgage company name is also on the check my mistake was putting the check into the ATM so I was told because the mortgage company isn't on my account it was kicked out,I went to the branch where I deposited the check Monroe and Halsted Chicago IL. brought in all documents to verify that the check did indeed came from state farm, I spoke with personal banker Dori Giljen who was very patient with me and did everything she could and she recommended I ask State Farm to issue a check with just my name or get another check and endorse it to the mortgage company and have them to issue me a check in my name, I spoke with State Farm and the mortgage company who said this is how it's done with both parties name on the check, could someone please look into this matter I have two companies waiting to be paid before they complete the work. *I used my personal money to get them started I had no idea I would have to go through this. *State Farm said no one from fifth third called to verify the check .*Thank you very much. *Mike Nevilles.
