I was told very abruptly & rude on live chat I will never be ,ever getting a replacement current account card reissued?! This is one of many list of former unaddressed issues regarding aib? I've now past all transcripts of live chats online and calls that I actually use the same sort of app called resolver. Its helped alot of friends cut out the middle man and records every calls we ever make too. Cuts straight to ombudsman. I never gave anyone's permission to close my current account and I've pretty much been told legally that what's happening or formally happened is illegal to be not paid interest fees for keeping to my monthly agreed amount of having the same consistant amount as states in the agreement. Also I should not have paid for transfers when my current account put a stop to it. Id like this resolved and to transfer £ into my friends and another Nationwide I've had to open just to get access to funds who h were good enough amounts to earn high interest? ***********
