I agreed to a **.** a month extra charge on my phone and it just said I have used up all my data and I have an extra **.** charged and my data is now shut off ????? What the heck did I just pay an extra **.** for then ????everytime I try to get into my account it says wrong password and it is Not!
GetHuman3201746 did not yet indicate what Fido should do to make this right.

Call Fido *** that is the number they told me to call , however the number you gave me is where I started (thank you)!.Fido has amazing customer service and is always willing to help out , the CSR helped me out with a very pleasant manner and also said that some things (the overcharge ) I need to call back when I get my bill and Fido will reverse the charge , and that he couldn’t do it until it was actually on the bill . He did say a couple of times to make sure I call Fido when I receive my bill and they will reverse it then . No complaints at all about the service
