Hello, I am facing difficulties reaching FedEx accounts in New Zealand to settle my GST payment for an import using my credit card. Despite calling the provided number multiple times, there has been no response due to remote working conditions. Upon contacting customer service five times, with each call lasting over 20 minutes, I have spoken to courteous representatives who promised that someone from accounts will call me back, but it hasn't happened. This led to me waiting a whole day without any response on the 20th/21st, while I juggled a demanding work schedule of over 75 hours per week. After my last interaction, I requested an accounts representative to call me back at 5:15 pm NZ time to accommodate my tight schedule, but no one has reached out. I require the vacation hold to be lifted so the item can be delivered. Despite being assured it was done during my last call, it remains unresolved. Time constraints are now affecting our upcoming holiday arrangements, as we will be in and out starting from tomorrow. I urgently needed this issue addressed today. I kindly request that calls be handled by individuals fluent in English as a primary language to ensure better understanding and efficiency in resolving customer requests.

Tracking Number: [redacted]00 I am seeking clarification. The shipper claims FedEx collected the package on 12/18. However, according to FedEx, the package is still at the shipper's warehouse. Amazon states it will arrive today. I have previously ordered this item, but UPS lost it. Despite starting early in November, I understand the holiday rush. My goal is to receive it by Christmas. Any assistance is appreciated.

My package, scheduled for Prescott AZ and now in Chicago, is causing concern as the contents may expire before delivery. Attempts to contact FedEx have been unsuccessful despite providing my email and phone number. The unexpected route from NJ to Phoenix, Chicago, Missouri, Texas, New Mexico, and back to Phoenix has delayed the delivery to Dec. 30, missing the original Dec. 18 or 19 deadlines. The travel time is far more than the actual driving time needed. I hope to receive an explanation from FedEx after the holidays. Despite the current challenging times due to Covid-19, it's frustrating to face such issues.

A package was shipped on December 11 from FedEx in Breinigsville, PA. It arrived in Osseo, MN on the 13th where the barcode label was replaced due to being unreadable. The package then reached Kent, WA on the 17th, but instead of local delivery, it was sent to Oregon, arriving in Troutdale on the 20th. On the same day, it was returned to Kent, WA, a major distribution center. As of today, the 23rd, the package has not moved. The correct delivery address for the package is [redacted] Rivendell Road, Langley, WA [redacted].

Delivery number [redacted][redacted] was not completed today. A FedEx vehicle stopped in front of our residence, but the delivery person did not exit the truck for more than 10 minutes. Upon approach, the young African American driver mentioned that our package might be on another truck and departed. Now, we received a notification stating the business was not located or the address was invalid. Our residence is a private home, and he parked directly in front of it. Please investigate this promptly.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted] has reached Georgia, but not on the expected delivery date. The scheduled delivery keeps changing daily, even on the FedEx website. When calling the [redacted] number, the automated message always states that the package is "on schedule", which contradicts what is shown on the website. This has been consistent for 2 days. When I managed to speak to a representative, they mentioned that the package seems to be moving around without a set path and they are unable to assist. They acknowledged the discrepancy between the website and the automated system, but couldn't open a ticket since the package is under a different FedEx category. This shipment is crucial for my mom, who might not be able to celebrate next Christmas due to illness. I hoped to make this Christmas special for her, but FedEx's delays are jeopardizing the plan. I urge for a quick resolution.

FedEx has been very careless with package deliveries in my area. Packages are being left anywhere and are at risk of being stolen. The delivery person needs to take their job more seriously and ensure packages are safely delivered. I often try to help deliver misplaced packages before they are taken by someone else. During the holiday season, there is a higher risk of porch theft, especially when packages are left near the mailboxes. It's concerning to witness neighbors' packages being left unsecured, leading to potential theft. Ensuring packages are delivered to the correct recipients is crucial to prevent loss due to theft. It would be beneficial for delivery persons to have a better understanding of the apartment and building numbers to avoid confusion and misplacement of packages. I paid for FedEx Priority Overnight shipping for a product ordered on 12/22/21. The tracking status shows it was tendered at a FedEx facility on 12/23, but there have been no updates since. As of 12/27/21, the package has not reached its destination. I am eager to receive an update on the delivery timeline and ensure the package arrives promptly. I checked the FedEx tracking app on December 25th, and it indicated that my package would arrive early on December 26th before the end of the day. However, when I looked again on the 26th, it said the package was pending with no scheduled delivery. Today, the 27th, it still shows as pending. I am eager to receive this package promptly but I am uncertain about its delivery status and location.

My package was not delivered, and a door tag was left on my door. I contacted FedEx, and they informed me that the package was out for delivery. However, when I called my local post office, they mentioned that a white and purple door tag indicates delivery by FedEx Express. I have tried calling several numbers for assistance but haven't received any helpful information. Due to the upcoming holidays, I need to find out the status of my package, who will be delivering it, and how to contact them since our office will have irregular hours. Tracking number [redacted]94 has been at FedEx East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand since December 6. I have requested updates with no success. I managed to contact FedEx Customer Support by phone twice in the last two weeks. Both times, I was told the parcel was with a local courier for delivery, but no updates reflect this on your tracking site. I asked why my parcel was delayed, and they couldn't provide an answer. I urgently need the parcel as it was sent from England almost a month ago. Please address and resolve this issue promptly.

I wanted to share that my package with tracking number [redacted]94 was delayed and attempts were made to deliver it on days when the business was closed. Despite paying $[redacted].00 for next day delivery, I am now told that the package will remain for pick up for five days or be returned to me. Verizon informed me that they shipped 2 phones through FedEx, but I only ordered and received 1. Capital One has charged me for both, as they do not agree with Verizon's records. This discrepancy occurred around Thanksgiving [redacted]. I have attempted to resolve this with FedEx, but they are requesting a door tag, which I do not have for an item I did not order or receive. I was expecting this order for Christmas but was informed that it would arrive on December 30th by 5 pm. After waiting all day and even making a special trip to my business during my holidays, the package is still not here. I tried contacting Fed Ex but haven't been able to speak with anyone. The tracking information shows that the item has been at the local station since yesterday. This delay is impacting my plans for December 31st, and I need this matter resolved urgently. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with Fed Ex, and I am currently waiting for a call back.

I have encountered issues with FedEx not delivering my recent Walmart and Amazon packages correctly to my PO Box. FedEx seems to be using the incorrect routing method. The USPS is not responsible for resolving this matter as all mail and packages addressed to my PO Box are first delivered to the Butler GA post office, which then forwards them to the Rupert GA post office. However, FedEx is not following this route and is causing delays and inaccurate tracking information. This has resulted in packages being delivered to the wrong addresses and causing unnecessary confusion. I urgently need this delivery service to be corrected as I rely on it for essential supplies. My location is remote and difficult for deliveries, especially considering my dirt road can be challenging for trucks. I accidentally dropped an envelope into a FED EX box containing important documents related to my car title. Instead of placing my information outside of the envelope, I put it inside. My package from MyPillow Co. with tracking number [redacted]17 has been stuck in the FEDEX Braselton, GA facility vehicle for delivery since 2:49 AM on 12/31/[redacted], according to their tracking information. Despite receiving daily updates promising delivery the next day, it has not arrived. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and assurance from FEDEX regarding the delivery. I even attempted to email Fred Smith's Assistant in Memphis without success. This level of service is unacceptable. I plan to avoid using FEDEX for future shipments due to this experience. I have spent over 6 hours today trying to reach a live person for assistance without success.
