March **, **** called shipper about this matter, they contacted FedEx which picked up on March **, **** thanks to shipper contacted FedEx. I received a tracking notification on the **th from FedEx & the shipper. The update status as of March **th stated delivery on March **, ****. As of today March **, **** still have not received package, called FedEx AGAIN, they blamed shipper while FedEx already had package in their possession, called shipper which FedEx did not have updated information from fedex as they should have. FedEx also would not give me facility information for me to go pick it up myself. My package is now estimated delivery Date unavailable delivery pending. Shipper has already refunded $**. ** for my distress since package is important and should have arrived with the *st package but they didn't load package *of * with * of *. Please help.
