I'm writing to complain about your service. Using a Fedex agent in HCMC, Vietnam we sent a package to JAMES JENNINGS - NEW YORK, USA*AWB: **** **** **** - USA via Fedex. The package is a painting rolled in a strong plastic tube that is actually used for water-piping so you can stand on without breaking it but somehow during the shipping process Fedex managed to break the pipe! Yet even though it was evidently a broken package Fedex attempted four times to deliver it but the customer was not in. So he went to your office, saw the package was damaged and quite understandable refused to take it home. We are now being told by Fedex that the customer has to go to your office again, pick up the broken package, take it home, photograph it and make a complaint! Why are you asking my customers to accept a broken package? Why are you even trying to deliver a broken package? We send **-** packages from HCMC to the USA every month by Fedex through the Vietnamese agent but let me make this abundantly clear that unless this is resolved to my satisfaction then we will use another courier in future as this is just POOR service.
