Hi there,*Is my first experience with your company FedEx, and I must confess already started trouble.*I had send to El Salvador * boxes for being delivered to an address.I had paid for to be delivered to that address.However,I just received a call from he person who suppose to receive the collection that he still didn't receive it.Actually ,my parcels are on Clarence delay San Salvador who been called the person and said that he must pay fee and make I don't know what transaction in order to get this parcels,if not will keep it.Is this a kind of joke? I had paid to be delivered to that address,what is this all about? I need help please and I want the parcels to be delivered to the address mentioned on my form delivery and for.what I had paid for!*Please contact me at soon is possible.*Tracking number,*************
