We had another customer at the Movie theatre that was causing a scene with us. The Manager was no help but had already scanned our tickets because we were waiting in line to see the movie. We decided to leave due to the issue that the other customer had caused. The Manager refused to give our money back for our tickets because they were purchased through fandango. She refunded the food that we purchased at *:**PM long before the movie started. We left the theatre and drove to Newark to watch the movie. I tried contacting fandango before the movie started no response. I tried calling again yesterday for two our waiting in line for live chat. Another * hours today waiting on live chat to be disconnected when it came to our turn. We are a military family and after the lack of customer service*no customer service I would be hesitant in buying tickets from or recommending Fandango for anything. Call back on the phone line and still on hold after thirty minutes.... If I do not get a response soon I am calling the bank to reverse the transaction.
