Help with my Fandango issue
The issue in GetHuman-wri's own words
Purchased * movie tickets as a guest. Never got confirmation but credit card was charged. Went ahead a registered with Fandango & purchased * tickets again and received confirmation. Would like to cancel the first transaction. I believe the email address on the first transaction may have been incorrect (*****@***.com)**Update...problem not fixed. I need the guest transaction cancelled and amount credited to my card. The guest email should be *****@***.com. This transaction for $**.** was completed at approx *:** pm, for seats B *,********* Contacting credit company to dispute the charges.
Credit my credit card as requested. You already have the information on file when I set up my Fandango account immediately after the guest transaction.
