I am having trouble accessing my accounts due to hacking. I am unable to recover my email or password as they are not being recognized. Strangely, I have discovered I have two accounts and I'm unsure how this happened. I would like both accounts deleted. My details are as follows: my name is Gary Shibe, and my email is [redacted] My wife and friends have received notifications about profile changes, but I am unable to resolve the issue myself. While nothing significant was lost, I am open to starting afresh; however, this would lead to having three accounts with no access to the previous ones. It seems someone is using my name along with a hotmail address. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Dear sir, My official Facebook account was deactivated without any reason. I stored personal information, pictures, videos, and more on this account. My Facebook account was recently hacked. I received a notification saying my account has been locked. I followed the steps to unlock it by submitting my email and ID. After verifying my identity, Facebook provided me with a new password code. When I tried to log in with the new code, it showed that my account had been updated but I couldn't click anything. The issue arose when it said the email wasn't associated with a Facebook account, even though [redacted] is the email I use. Please assist me. I discovered unauthorized ads were running and charged to our deactivated Futuroinfo account without our consent. The account, associated with the email [redacted] and account ID [redacted][redacted], has been inactive since October 18, [redacted]. Despite attempts to contact Facebook support for assistance in recovering the account, it was permanently closed on November 18, [redacted]. During this period, unknown ads were being approved and billed to our credit card linked to the account. Even after the account closure, we continued to be charged for these ads. Unfortunately, without access to the account, we are unable to identify who is responsible for running these unauthorized ads. We are urgently requesting a refund for the charges incurred on our credit card while the account was deactivated. The ads in question were associated with the company Hpbdshirst, and I will provide additional details and invoices for these unauthorized campaigns via email.

I receive notifications about my ID, but I am unable to log in even though it was me trying to access my account. I own a Vivo S1 mobile phone. --- I deactivated my account a few days ago, and now I cannot log back in. Can you please assist me in regaining access to my account? Dear Sir, this is my official Facebook account. I linked my Instagram account to my Facebook profile. However, after one week, my account was disabled. I can't log into both my Instagram and Facebook accounts. I have followed all community guidelines and have not violated any of Facebook's rules. I am an admin for a page that I created, but it has disappeared from my account. I have checked that my account has no violations or restrictions. I never received a notification about my page disappearing. When I try to access a link to my page, it shows a broken link. My friends and I cannot find my page in search anymore. I am trying to recover my page to my account. I reached out to Facebook via email last Saturday but have not received a reply. I also made a report on my account, but the support inbox is empty, and I am unsure if my report was received. The page is called "الصفحة الرسمية لمدينة الخيام." I have an old Facebook account that I haven't used in a long time. When I tried to log in using my email and password, they requested a second PIN from a generator I don't have. I tried sending my passport photo for verification, and now it's pending for 24 hours. The issue is the responses I receive are in Chinese, and I can't change the language setting. Even messages from my wife's account are appearing in Chinese. When I attempted to create a new account, it was stopped because my name is associated with a dormant account. This language barrier is making it challenging to access my account.

Yesterday, I received a notification on my phone informing me that my contact information had been leaked. Unfortunately, I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday and could not address the issue until last night. I had to secure my compromised bank accounts first. I encountered an issue with my account being logged out right after following someone back. Upon attempting to log in, I was prompted for a login code, although I cannot recall setting one up and only remember my password. I sought assistance by selecting "having trouble," following which I submitted my ID as proof of ownership. Unfortunately, the response I received indicated that my ID appeared blurred. Despite my numerous attempts to provide clearer images, the blur persisted even when using various scanning methods. I recently experienced a cyber attack on my Facebook and Instagram accounts by an international hacker. This resulted in the hacker promoting various cryptocurrency scams, leading to the disabling and banning of both accounts. I have been trying to appeal this decision by submitting my identification online. However, despite providing my ID, I keep receiving requests to submit it again and have even received automated emails asking me to dispute the decision I've already contested. I believe the reason for the repeated requests may be due to a discrepancy in my birthdate on my ID compared to what I originally entered on my accounts. My ID contains my full name that matches my Facebook name and includes a photo of me, so perhaps the birthdate difference is causing the holdup.

I had to use my phone as a hotspot temporarily for about 5 months. Now that I have internet, Facebook doesn't recognize my location or browser. I received a message saying they noticed a login from a different location and need to confirm it was indeed me. The strange thing is I was on Facebook without any problems for 3 hours yesterday. I have tried logging in today, changed my password as requested by Facebook, but still can't access my account.

I suspect my Facebook account has been compromised. I am experiencing issues with verifying my account as I keep receiving messages prompting me to do so due to logging in from an unknown device, which is incorrect since I am using my usual device. However, when I try to click on the "CONTINUE" button to proceed with verification, nothing happens. Despite following all the suggested steps provided by Facebook to recover my account, changing my password, and seeking help, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account. I have cherished memories, photos of family and friends, and important contacts stored on the account since [redacted]. I am frustrated by the situation and disappointed that my account was not adequately protected, despite receiving a notice that it was locked for my safety.

I received a notification from Facebook about potential fraudulent account activity, which led to my account being locked. I followed their instructions and uploaded my ID without a photo, but it got rejected for lacking one. Despite my efforts to upload a different ID with a photo, I couldn't locate the link to do so. All the instructions provided by Facebook require logging into my account to upload a photo, but that's impossible since my account is locked. The information provided by Facebook on how to upload a photo has not been helpful at all.

Hello, I successfully logged into my account after being inactive for three to four years. Today, I accessed my settings and removed the previously hacked second email from my account. However, when I tried to add a new second email, I got blocked. Unfortunately, Yahoo deactivated my old Rocketmail account due to inactivity, which is linked to my main email on Facebook. I am facing a difficult situation now. I don't mind sharing the details of my deactivated Rocketmail account ([redacted], Pw = Fred1052) as it is no longer accessible. I would like to know how I can regain access to my old Facebook account. I can verify my identity by providing the email address I deleted. Even though it was partially hidden with stars in the account, I remember it. Since this is an old account, I am confident that I did not add a phone number for it. I appreciate any assistance.
