I am encountering an issue while trying to set up an Ad account. The error message states, "Disabled Payments in Ads Manager" due to unusual activity prompting my ads to be paused until I confirm my account information by contacting Facebook. However, when I attempt to follow the link to contact Facebook for resolution, I am unable to select the disabled ad account from the dropdown menu. I have used multiple bank cards without success, and I have not engaged in any advertising activities yet, so I am unsure why my account is flagged. I have not traveled, relocated, or used a bank from a different country either. Any suggestions on how to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am extremely frustrated with Facebook's actions. They blocked me once for a post, which I acknowledged and learned from. After being unblocked, within minutes, I was blocked again for the same post, this time for 30 days. It seems unjust as I did not repost the image. It feels like an arbitrary decision, especially after completing the initial 7-day block. I believe this may be a technical error since I should not face a 30-day ban for a post I didn't repeat. Despite already accepting the previous block, I was asked to agree again. I urge Facebook to reconsider and lift the unjust block on my page. Being blocked and unblocked for the same reason is completely unfair.

I traveled to Batangas on March 5th. Before my trip, my Facebook account was working perfectly. When I returned and tried to update, I couldn't access FB. I was informed that my password had been changed 5 hours earlier. The safety net email had also been altered, preventing me from receiving verification codes. I couldn't find any messages in my email. I lost my sim card recently and forgot to update my account information. I am unable to reach out to FB to address this issue. It's devastating to lose years of work, all my pages, and groups. I am puzzled as to why someone would hack my account. Thank you, Mark. My email has been hacked, and the email address has been changed. My old email is [redacted]. Unfortunately, I lost my sim card, and I have no phone access. My new number is [redacted]. I am determined to regain access to my account. Thank you, Mark.

Hello, I visited Batangas on March 5th without any issues but upon returning, I encountered a problem with my Facebook account. Before leaving, it was working fine, but upon my return, I discovered that my password had been changed without my knowledge. Additionally, the email safety net was altered, preventing me from accessing verification codes. I couldn't find any messages in my email. Regrettably, I lost my sim card recently and forgot to update my account information. It is frustrating to lose access to years of hard work, including my pages and groups. I am puzzled as to why someone would hack my account. I am unable to contact Facebook directly to resolve this matter. My email was hacked, and the new email is [redacted] Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old phone number due to losing my sim card. My new number is [redacted]05. I hope Facebook can assist me in recovering my account and restoring my digital life. Thank you, Mark

Good day. Since 08/03/[redacted] at 10:00am, upon logging into Facebook on my computer, I have been consistently encountering the error message "Query Rate Limit Exceeded." Interestingly, on the Facebook app on my cell phone, I face a different issue where it simply displays "Page cannot be displayed." This has severely restricted my Facebook activity, preventing me from even scrolling through my news feed. The error occurs intermittently for varied durations, sometimes resolving itself only to reoccur when I try browsing through notifications. Despite attempting to log out and back in, the issue persists. As of now, it's already 12:10pm, five days later, and the problem continues. While Facebook Lite offers a temporary solution, it lacks full functionality. I rely heavily on Facebook for various tasks and urge support to address and resolve this issue promptly to restore my account's full functionality. Regards, Anton Larkins

My primary Facebook account was hacked, and the password was changed. I briefly regained access twice, changing the password before getting logged out the second time. I verified my identity using my driver's license, but haven't received emails from Facebook. It's been days since I sent my ID. Even though I verified my ID a week prior due to the hack, Facebook required verification again. I had access to both the main and recovery emails linked to the account but couldn't log in from my usual device. I'm frustrated that the hacker had more control over my account with access to my stolen device despite me trying to regain access through the original emails, especially after recent ID verification.

Around a year ago, I suspect my account was compromised on Facebook. After being unable to access it, I discovered signs of unauthorized activity and stopped using the platform. Recently, I tried creating a new account to join a subscription-based group but encountered an issue. Facebook did not recognize my name as legitimate and requested personal identification, such as a copy of my driver's license and real estate license. I submitted the documents as advised, but the page displayed an error message stating they were working on a solution. It has been a week without any updates. I'm unsure of the next steps to take in this situation.

I recently started an ecommerce business with my sister. I am in the UK while she is in the US, and she is currently visiting Ghana. Together, we attempted to advertise our business on Facebook. I followed the guidelines for prohibited and restricted content when running ads on her ads account from the UK. Surprisingly, Facebook disabled the ads account for violating ads policy, but I did not receive any prior notice of the issue. I am unsure where I went wrong and would appreciate clarification to learn from this experience. I am hopeful that Facebook can lift the restrictions on the account so that I can disconnect it from the website and set it up properly for both of us to use our individual accounts in our respective locations. Facebook flagged irregular activities due to my current location in the UK and my sister's relocation.

I am experiencing a problem with my Facebook business manager account being restricted. Initially, I created the account for one business but did not use it for ads, yet it got restricted. Even after legally dissolving that business, the restrictions persisted, which was confusing. I then set up a second ad account for a different business, still with no intention of advertising, but it got restricted as well. Despite following guidelines and taking marketing courses, my affiliate product ads were approved but the account got restricted again, which is puzzling. I have attempted to appeal, and now that I have purchased a Shopify store and created a new Facebook account for potential advertising, it immediately got restricted before I could involve an agency for marketing. Unable to contact Facebook directly, I am reaching out for expert assistance, as the support pages and Google searches have not provided a resolution after nearly two frustrating hours. I would truly appreciate prompt help with this matter.

My account was compromised as I received an email notification to [redacted] stating that the primary email associated with my Facebook account was altered this morning at 10:41 a.m. The email address was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] by someone using an iPhone in Nigeria. Although my friends verified that my profile picture remains the same, it's unsettling as I don't have an iPhone and never use "00" in my email addresses. My authentic email is [redacted], and I can provide any necessary verification and identification. In response, I created a new page with [redacted] around 12 p.m. to initiate a fresh start. This situation is overwhelming, especially as I am dealing with planning a funeral and require access to my compromised account, Kooly Bear Koolade, which is also linked to my nail page, Nails by Kooly.

Hello, my name is Andrew Horbatiuk, but on Facebook, I go by Andrew Mewton. I chose a different name due to a difficult school life and the fear of being bullied if my real identity was known online. My genuine friends are aware of this alias, used to connect with them. My profile picture features a Joe 90 Dinky Toy car. I created this account around mid-[redacted] when I acquired my first PC. However, I have misplaced or forgotten my password. Although I still reside at the same home address, my original mobile number, [redacted]7, is suspended due to an outstanding balance now with a debt collector, Lowell. I have been informed that upon settling the debt, the phone will be reactivated. Currently, this prevents me from accessing my account. I am requesting assistance to regain access, assuring you of my sincerity. Thank you for your help.

Someone has accessed my Facebook account without my permission. They have changed my email and phone number, making it impossible for me to reset my password. I also discovered another Facebook account under my name that I did not create. I managed to secure the second account by changing the password, but I am concerned about the compromised account that contains over 10 years of data. I have tried the recovery steps provided by Facebook, but none of them are working. It's a frustrating situation and I'm unsure how to proceed.

Good morning, I woke up to find my account has been hacked and the recovery details have been changed. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue. I received an email notification about the hack, prompting me to change my password through the app. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of my account due to the hacker deleting my mobile number and changing the email address associated with it. The login details I had this morning were as follows: Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]7 I believe the hacker changed the email to something similar with a slight alteration from "Yahoo" to begin with an "H" instead. Thank you for any help or guidance you can provide. Sincerely, David

My husband and I recently purchased items from websites promoted on Facebook but received low-quality products instead of what was advertised, confirming it was a scam. We, being elderly, are unable to afford the loss of around £80 combined. These companies, with the address ...Undeliverable, PO Box [redacted], Reading, RG8 6ED..., were all Facebook ads. We believe Facebook should be accountable for not thoroughly vetting their advertisers. We wish to claim a refund from Facebook. After contacting the company in China for a refund, they requested I return the item at my own cost, but I was advised by the post office against it due to their fraudulent activities. We are distressed and vulnerable. Thank you for your assistance. Mrs. Y Williams.

I am experiencing an issue where Facebook has created a duplicate account for me using the same login details, resulting in me being unable to access my original account on my laptop. This is problematic as I have numerous items listed on Facebook Marketplace that need my attention. Despite my efforts to reset my password and watch tutorials online, none of the solutions have been successful. I have invested significant time into this problem but have had no luck. I kindly request assistance in regaining access to my original account on my laptop, consolidating all my Facebook Marketplace listings, and permanently removing the duplicate account. Thank you.

For a week now, I've had trouble logging into my Facebook account under the email [redacted] Every time I try to verify my identity, a red circle with a cross shows up, preventing me from accessing my account. I can't even get on Facebook using a different device. I mainly use the platform to stay updated on my favorite show, "When Calls The Heart." Facebook sent me some files, but I'm unsure about the information in the list they provided.

My account has been hacked, and the hacker has changed my email and password, preventing me from accessing it. The individual behind this is Mark Drey, who is head of NCG on Facebook, and his accomplice Wella Thomas. They are using my account to contact my friends and try to scam them for money. They have also taken over my Messenger to further deceive people using my identity. I am deeply worried that someone I know may fall victim to their schemes. Unfortunately, they have control of my email, so kindly reach out to me at [redacted] for more details. It is crucial to address this issue promptly before anyone else gets tricked.

I need urgent help. My FB account has been "hacked" three times in two days. Each time, I changed my password in response to suspicious activity. Despite using the same device for years, I was suddenly prompted for a code because it was unrecognized. To retrieve it from my deactivated email, I have tried contacting Facebook multiple times with no luck. The only phone number I found led to an unanswered line. Reaching out to reactivate my old email has also been fruitless. I feel helpless and just want to regain access to my Facebook account.

My husband and I oversee our children's Instagram profiles (11 and 9). Unfortunately, my son's account was disabled due to his age, even though I clearly mentioned parental supervision and provided my husband's birthdate on both accounts. After appealing, I received an email requesting age verification within 14 days, to avoid permanent deletion. I promptly replied with a photo of my driver's license. It's been a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, calls to listed numbers, and encountering unhelpful automated responses, I have not received any assistance. I have put significant effort into my son's account and seek guidance on unlocking it. Thank you for your help.

Yesterday, I got a notification saying (profile) accepted my friend request even though I never sent one. So, I blocked them assuming it was a mistake. Shortly after, I received an email saying my account was disabled and I needed to submit my ID card. I quickly retrieved my ID and followed the instructions in the email. It confirmed they received my information but mentioned that if they still believe I am underage for Facebook, my account will remain disabled. I am 19 and believe that I meet the age requirement. I haven't submitted my ID card yet but they are asking me to wait. I suspect that someone might have tampered with my account. I feel confused and uncertain about whether I will be able to recover my account.
