Greetings to everyone, I have encountered issues with my Facebook account for making jokes about gender and LGBT topics, resulting in multiple blocks. I want to highlight that I have never resorted to racism or any intentional offense. Despite reporting a group sharing child pornography multiple times, the profiles remain active without any action from Facebook. The group manipulates underage girls into engaging in inappropriate conversations and sending explicit photos under emotional coercion. They then report these victims to child protection services, leading to their removal from their families. This alarming behavior continues unchecked, prompting me to mock the group's content - resulting in my own block for violating community guidelines. I urge for swift action to be taken against such harmful activities on the platform. Warm regards, V. von Čertus

My Facebook account has been disabled since January 5th, [redacted]. I believe I didn't violate any of Facebook's Community Standards. I submitted all the required information as requested, but each time I log in, I see the same message. It states, "We Received Your Information. Thank you for sending your information. We have fewer people available to review information due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This means we may be unable to review your account. We apologize for any inconvenience." Does this mean I won't have the chance to reactivate my account? It also mentions that I have 23 days left to retrieve it, but how can I do that? I am eager to have this issue resolved and to regain access to my disabled Facebook account. Many important files are stored there, so it's crucial for me to recover it. I appreciate your attention and assistance in this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I am seeking assistance regarding my Facebook account. I deactivated it some time ago but never officially deleted it. Upon trying to log back in with the correct credentials, I was denied access. I recently found out that my account has been reactivated without my knowledge. I am an IT professional and find it absurd that I am unable to access my own account correctly. The secondary email associated with the account is outdated, and the friends verification process is proving difficult as I do not recognize most of the people listed. I am baffled by this situation and would appreciate your prompt help in resolving this matter. Unfortunately, the only way to contact some individuals for the verification code is through Facebook itself, which is causing further frustration. I am hoping to regain access to my account and would be grateful for any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Best regards, Mark Paulick.

I am Stephanie B., This morning, I received an unsettling email alerting me to a login attempt on my account, prompting me to change my password. However, the link provided for password change was broken, leaving me unable to secure my account. The email assured me of my account's safety, but it clearly is not. I am distressed by the situation, especially since my attempts to secure the account only revealed it now being under an unknown name starting with an A and ending with a T. Moreover, my phone number is linked to a different account named Olivia, complicating the recovery process. I fear for the privacy of my friends and the data accumulated over the years on my account. The intrusion is concerning, and I am frustrated with Facebook for allowing such breaches. The initial email noted the login attempt occurred on January 13th at 12:49 am via Edge (chromium-based) on Windows 10. Assistance in reclaiming my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Stephanie

Hello, I'm Alina Roman, and together with my colleague, we run a local newspaper in Romania. Our reliance on Facebook, where we have 12,[redacted] followers on our page, a group with nearly 14,[redacted] members, and a newspaper account with 5,[redacted] friends, is crucial for our outreach. Unexpectedly, our newspaper account with friends has been restricted since early December without any valid reason, despite our adherence to the platform's guidelines and our publication of positive news. After assigning new administrators, all our accounts were inexplicably deleted, leaving only one administrator for the newspaper page. We fear losing this last connection and with it, our entire page. As seasoned journalists for over 15 years, we have never faced such issues before. The looming loss of our Facebook presence threatens our work significantly. We are in urgent need of assistance.

When I changed my phone number, I encountered issues updating it on Facebook due to a password problem that arose from not having logged out in two years. Considering the current political climate, I decided to delete my account, but I need the password which Facebook will only send to my old number. It's frustrating that my account shows up only with the old number while three other accounts appear with my new number, one of which belonged to the previous owner of my phone number. I managed to create a new account from one of the three listings with a new password, then deleted it. This situation is concerning. I have no access to my own account but had access to someone else's with my new phone number previously.

My Facebook account appears to have been hacked. Friends are receiving friend requests from my mother, but she is not sending them. We suspect her Tracfone got hacked, possibly with a virus. Despite efforts from Verizon and T-Mobile, the issue persists. The phone repeatedly opens random websites when connected to Wi-Fi, only stopping in Safe Mode. Even after getting a new Samsung A11 from T-Mobile, the problem persists. Recently, friends received more false friend requests from my mom's account. Seeking advice on how to stop this and report it. My mom is Carol J. Davis, her email associated with Facebook is [redacted], and another email is [redacted] I am Teri Smith (Davis), her caregiver and power of attorney. Please help. Hello, About a week ago, my profile was hacked, and they changed my email address twice and even use my phone number, which now displays as Sarah Knipping. The code they sent me only allows access to a page belonging to Sarah Knipping. When I enter my profile name, Olav Honcamp, it also shows Sarah's profile, but I can't access mine. I've contacted Facebook multiple times, but they keep sending the same link that doesn't help as my email was changed to a Hotmail address. I think another email was displayed before, but I'm not entirely sure about the details. The link they provided allows me to indicate that I have no access to my emails, but they either try to send something to the wrong address or just end the process saying I can't access the account. Unfortunately, Facebook support has stopped responding, and I don't know what else to do. I even sent them a copy of my ID, but it seems they don't care. I stumbled upon your page and hope you can assist me. I would appreciate a prompt response. Best regards, Olav Honcamp

Last week, I was adjusting my Facebook page's privacy settings to make my date of birth private. By mistake, I ended up changing my date of birth to the current date. This action triggered a notification that because my age appeared to be less than one year old, my account was suspended. Facebook requested me to scan a government ID to verify my age. Despite several attempts using my state-issued concealed weapons permit, the scan failed, and I was unable to access my account. Furthermore, I can't log in to manage my four business pages on Facebook, resulting in lost business opportunities. My primary email listed on the account is outdated, making it impossible to receive any communication from Facebook. I have been searching for ways to contact Facebook technical support without success. Any assistance in regaining access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

I am using iOS 13.3. In the Facebook app, I hid a post, but it's not hidden from my timeline; instead, it's hidden from notifications. The notification message states that the post will no longer be shown but may still appear elsewhere on Facebook. I can see replies to my post, but I can't view the original post. When I check the settings on Facebook for posts hidden from the timeline, it's not there because the post was in a group I'm part of, not on my timeline. Even though I updated my Facebook app recently, I can't find a way to view the original post from my notifications. I can only see the post if I check my activity settings. There doesn't seem to be an "unhide" option, which is frustrating. If anyone can provide assistance with this unusual issue, I would appreciate it.

I enabled two-factor authentication for my Facebook account using a third-party code generator, Google, then got a new iPhone and transferred everything over before wiping my old device. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the code generator wasn't linked to my Facebook on the new phone. Now, I'm unable to generate a login code as my old phone is empty, and the new one isn't connected to Facebook. I've tried submitting my ID through the Facebook Help Center multiple times but haven't received any response in over 10 days. It's frustrating not being able to reach Facebook's customer support through chat, email, or phone. I'm stuck and can't access my account. Thank you for any help in this matter.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently shared my music video, "Make Somthin" by Sinic Da Great, on Facebook unknowingly violating the guidelines. After receiving a message from Facebook regarding the violation, I attempted to post the video again a year later without realizing the previous warning. This resulted in my account being banned, and both my Facebook and Instagram pages (@sinicdagreat) were deleted. I acknowledge my mistake and created a new account with the same name, but I am unable to access it due to an error with the email and password. I would like to resolve this issue with Facebook and myself to continue enjoying your services. I apologize for the violation and seek assistance in rectifying the situation. I am open to discussing and resolving any issues. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Traven Harvey

Hello, I encountered an issue last Sunday, 1/10/21, as my account got hacked. Following this incident, I got logged out of all my devices, and the hacker changed the email and password. I managed to re-add my email and create a new password. However, whenever I attempt to sign in, it prompts a two-step authorization, sending a code to the primary email, which is still under the hacker's control, not mine. Although my email is associated with the account, I do not receive the code. Furthermore, my phone number is linked to the account, yet I do not receive any texts from Facebook, indicating the hacker may have also added their phone number as primary. Despite uploading my ID on Monday, 1/11/21, in an attempt to verify my identity, I have not received any further communication. Navigating this situation with Facebook's automated system without speaking to a real person has been very frustrating. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account.

I am new to using Facebook and encountered an issue while placing an ad. My account got blocked for allegedly breaking community standards, causing me immense stress. Despite trying to contact them, I received an automated message denying any change to the decision. Today, I attempted to download my file to understand the situation but faced difficulties, sparking fears of a potential hack. This ordeal is distressing as I am unable to reach out to address the issue, clarify the alleged violation, and resolve the matter. Dealing with this faceless communication from Facebook is frustrating. I appreciate any assistance.

Dear Facebook, I am reaching out to inform you that on Saturday, 1-9-21 around 9:30am EST, my wife, Rebecca Elliott, had her Facebook account compromised by someone from an Islamic group. In several groups, the hacker posted inappropriate messages, including in our church group where they posted, "This nick has been hacked" and "sorry for my job." Upon being made aware of the hack, Facebook swiftly disabled the account. Facebook holds significant sentimental value to us as it is where my wife and I first connected in [redacted]. Unfortunately, we have faced multiple losses in [redacted], with both accounts and credit card information being compromised over the past 30 days. The loss of cherished memories on Facebook has added to our distress. Despite my wife's efforts in the appeals process, the account remains inaccessible. We believe it was not recognized that the account was truly hacked and the posts in question were not made by her. We are urging you to reconsider the removal decision. We are willing to take any necessary steps to regain access to the account and safeguard our memories, including those of departed loved ones. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the URL of her page due to the current account status. Facebook account: Rebecca Elliott Email for account: [redacted] Known Pages account: CrossWalk Monroe My account details: Matthew Elliott Email: [redacted] Known Pages account: CrossWalk Monroe We sincerely hope for your assistance in this matter.

I never expected Facebook to ban a mom like me who is passionate about her life and business. When asked "what's on your mind?" I shared photos and thoughts, unaware that it could lead to a ban on both my personal and business pages. I didn't realize my personal posts could impact my business page. I now understand the need to only share family and pet photos to avoid jeopardizing my business page, which is crucial for daily communication with my customers, especially during COVID. I kindly request the reinstatement of my personal and business pages as they are vital for my livelihood and staying connected with family. To ensure compliance with Facebook's policies, I will be unfollowing those who are not close friends or family. Thank you for your understanding. Kathy B.
