I recently got locked out of my Facebook account after a friend mistakenly reported it for being compromised. I received several messages from Facebook regarding this issue. Initially, I was told that a friend reported my account, and then shortly after, I was informed that Facebook reviewed the situation and found that my account was not pretending to be someone else. They then asked me to verify my identity by sending a code which I did. Subsequently, they requested a copy of my driver's license, which I also provided. I need assistance resolving an issue with my Instagram shop setup. I mistakenly linked it to a Shopify account rather than using my existing website. After closing my Shopify account, Instagram is still prompting me to verify the Shopify domain when I need to set it up with my own website's domain. I seek guidance on separating the two accounts and ensuring Instagram recognizes my website domain without referencing Shopify. I posted a comment in response to someone claiming Republicans vote on Nov 3rd and Dems on Nov 4th, saying it was the other way around. However, I was blocked on Facebook for 7 days while the original poster was not. I feel this is unfair censorship as Trump supporters can spread false information without consequences. My friend, who is a news anchor at WESH TV, sees this as a potential news story about biased treatment and violations of the first amendment on Facebook. I'm asking for my block to be lifted and for Facebook to review this issue with their legal team before it becomes a national headline. My freedom of speech is being infringed upon because I responded to misleading political statements. Anderson Cooper, a family friend, agrees this could be a significant story for CNN, and he is interested in seeing how Facebook responds. The ball is in your court now, Facebook. I have been unable to change the email address associated with my Facebook account. Despite multiple attempts over the past four days, I continue to encounter the same error message. I received a verification code at 12:50pm UK time, indicating someone accessed my account, but I didn't act immediately assuming my phone made it secure. However, upon returning home, I discovered the option to reset the password was linked to a different email. I faced an issue on Facebook Messenger where I was unable to reach a friend who was also attempting to contact me. This led me to log out hoping to fix the problem. However, upon logging back in, my account was disabled. I have since submitted numerous review requests over the past month, reset my password multiple times, and even reinstalled the Facebook and Messenger apps in an attempt to regain access to my account. I recently learned that accounts with false names can be disabled. While I have used my biological mother's last name alongside my first name, I have also used my middle name as a last name on other accounts without issues. Despite my consistent efforts in submitting review requests, I have received responses stating that my request is under review.

I have been offline for several months and encountered difficulty setting up my new computer. Specifically, I am struggling to access my Facebook account after changing my password. Hello, I submitted my photo ID this morning, but I believe there are further issues that need addressing. I suspect my account was compromised due to bullying tactics by someone I knew or a group of individuals. It seems unfair that my account was closed under these circumstances. Previously, my manager had access to my credentials and was using third-party apps without my consent, violating community guidelines. Despite my requests to stop and cutting ties, they persisted in using my account. This situation may have contributed to Instagram deactivating my account. I want to emphasize that I do not use third-party apps and have not breached any terms and conditions. I recently received a ban on my Facebook account within the past week, but I am unsure of the reason behind it. Despite looking through my posts, the last one that could have potentially violated the Community Standards was in June [redacted]. As a result, I was unable to request a review or contest the ban. Urgent Forum Post: Hello, I have been a Facebook follower for several years. Recently, I was blocked for 24 hours after posting a quote in Portuguese by Sir Winston Churchill on my page. The quote was: "DO YOU HAVE ENEMIES?... GOOD... THAT MEANS YOU HAVE STOOD UP FOR SOMETHING, SOMETIME IN YOUR LIFE!!!" I fail to see any harm in sharing this quote. I require assistance in linking my Instagram page to my Facebook business account to facilitate running ads on Instagram (currently only running on my Facebook page). It is important to note that my Instagram page is already linked to my Facebook page, and I am the admin of both accounts. To link Instagram in the Facebook Business Manager, I must first map the Facebook page in the business account and then add Instagram in the Instagram section. However, when I navigate to business settings and attempt to add a page under "Accounts" then "Pages," it remains pending approval. Upon checking "Page Roles," I find no pending approvals, but the business is already mapped under "Page Role." I am unsure why the business approval is pending. I am feeling desperate as I cannot locate the chat or email option in my Business Manager to contact Facebook.

Facebook disabled my account just on the News Feed. I've been using Internet Explorer for years, but Facebook claims I don't have a browser. I tried using Firefox, but it doesn't work for me. I'm a senior and only have a desktop, not a cell phone, which they're asking for. They switched me to the new Facebook version without my consent. I prefer the old version that worked for me.
