My profile was first blocked on October 7, [redacted], initially for 3 days. However, another block was imposed on October 8, [redacted], supposedly for 30 days. Despite lodging an appeal, my profile remains blocked, and I am only receiving notifications as it has been deleted. The 30-day ban has not been reduced or changed, which seems unfair. Facebook previously restricted me from posting for a year and a half, continuously renewing a 30-day ban. Earlier, I was censored for sharing a historic photo with no inappropriate content. I believe Facebook's inconsistent policies punish real issues like hate speech while silencing users unjustly. I possess screenshots to validate my claims.

After facing repeated 30-day bans on Facebook, my page was deactivated, causing me to lose 11 years worth of poetry, stories, essays, and photographs. The bans were often triggered by mistaken claims of nudity or sexuality which were not present in my posts. Additionally, when I responded to hateful or racist comments, I would be reported for harassment and blocked without a fair review from Facebook. I feel frustrated that my requests for review were ignored. I strongly disagree with the deactivation of my account, especially since many of the bans were unjust. I urgently need access to my content to back it up independently from Facebook. It feels like they are taking away my work, and I am determined to retrieve it. I want my account reactivated so I can save my writings and photos separately. These are my creations, and I am adamant about getting them back.

Hello Get Human, On September 27, [redacted], my Facebook account got hacked for the second time in less than a month. Someone from Mexico logged in and changed my password despite me living in Germany. Upon receiving an email notification, I secured my account from my email and disabled it to verify my identity. I submitted a photo of my ID, but I have yet to hear back from Facebook. I am unsure if my ID has been reviewed or the typical processing time for such cases. I face a challenge as I no longer have the phone number associated with my Facebook account to authenticate my identity. I seek your assistance in recovering my account and exploring alternative authentication methods. I prefer human assistance or contact with technical support from Facebook to resolve this issue. I recently received a request to confirm my ID on Facebook after using the platform for nine years with the same nickname. I found it odd as most fake profiles have full names. My account was suspended on October 14, [redacted], and I provided my ID on October 15. However, as of today, October 17, [redacted], I still cannot access my account due to the ongoing verification process. I rely on my account for important information, groups, and work. My Facebook account was hacked on Thursday night. I have already closed the account. Please cancel any previous service agreements with you as I believe my account was used fraudulently to take money from my PayPal account. I have not advertised with you for over ten years, yet $33.07 has been taken from me in the past day. Please cease these actions immediately. Although I understand you did not hack my account, I kindly request a refund and assurance that my account remains closed. I do not wish to escalate this matter, but I will involve legal assistance if necessary. Kindly ensure my account is closed, refrain from further charges, and reimburse the amount taken promptly.

Dear Facebook, I am reaching out to you as an ordinary user. I have faced numerous difficulties in trying to reach out to you through your interface as a person. Please convey to the appropriate authority that we, as users, desire to communicate with a human representative. This isn't about the company's scope or authority. It's about showing consideration for your customers. It is significant. We prefer domestic customer service, and we do not wish to endure prolonged response times. We simply want you to adhere to the fundamental principle on which Facebook was established. If you are unable to do that, why should the public trust the platform as a whole? (I request a response from Mr. Zuckerberg or the current CEO.) This is the minimum expectation from a corporation of your caliber. Currently, you are falling short on various fronts because you are not attentively listening to your users. If you did, you might be a more respectable company.

I encountered an issue while playing a game on Facebook; the page froze, then disconnected me, and I got logged out. Despite trying my usual three passwords, none worked. I opted to reset my password via email code, but multiple codes I received failed. Hello, I need assistance with my wife's hacked Facebook account. She has been locked out for 4 days since her password was changed on Wednesday, October 14, [redacted]. Unfortunately, she is also unable to access the original email linked to the account. Our attempts to resolve this through the Facebook Help Center have been unsuccessful. Despite providing a clear government-issued ID, we keep receiving the same automated response asking for an accepted form of ID matching the account information. It seems they did not accept the ID as her first name on Facebook is a nickname. I have been unable to find any contact phone numbers for Facebook after hours of searching. My Facebook account was hacked, and the profile name is Trinia Green. While using Facebook, I received a text message asking for a code; I sent it back, thinking it was from a friend. Unfortunately, this resulted in me being locked out of my account. I am unable to access my account and would like to update my email address to my new one. I also need a new password. On September 13th, [redacted], I received a text from someone claiming to be a FACEBOOK AGENT named Mammonah Bangler, informing me that I had won a FACEBOOK reward. They asked for my personal information, including my password, in order to redeem the prize. I became suspicious when I couldn't log back into my account and realized I had been scammed. After attempting to regain access, the scammer demanded $[redacted] via CASH APP. I urge Facebook to deactivate the compromised account associated with [redacted] and restore my access with my email and password. I have learned to be cautious about sharing personal information online and regret falling victim to this scam. Please help me prevent further harm and harassment from the scammer. My Facebook account was hacked, which led to my Instagram and WhatsApp accounts being inaccessible. The hacker disabled my Facebook after I clicked on a suspicious PUBG link. The account has been active for 10 years, while Instagram for over 5 years. I suspect the hacker shared inappropriate content to get my accounts banned. I need help to regain access. My personal ad account has been disabled and I am unable to request a review. I am having trouble completing the review request because Facebook is not accepting my email address. This could be due to the fact that my personal Facebook account initially did not have an email attached to it (I used my phone number to log in). After being banned and starting the review request process, I encountered a page prompting me to "Enter An Email Address" where I am currently stuck. When I enter email addresses in the box, I receive the error code "Sorry, we're having trouble updating your email address. Please try again later." I have added an email to my account, verified it, and attempted to use it, but to no avail. Facebook has warned that my account will be permanently disabled in 30 days. I urgently need assistance with this issue as I have exhausted all possible options to prevent this from happening. Thank you.

I am a member of the team at Crossing Borders Education, an Educational Charity. Recently, I tried to create a Facebook page for Crossing Borders Dialogue to facilitate student communication after they review and workshop our educational videos. Initially, Facebook did not accept our official email address, [redacted], so I had to use my boss's email, [redacted] Since we don't have a company phone, I used my personal phone number for verification purposes. We operate remotely via emails given the nature of our work. After setting up a community page, I suddenly received a notification that my account was disabled. Maybe I should have chosen a business page, but it didn't seem fitting as we are not selling anything. To safeguard privacy, I had to limit visibility of my phone number and my boss's email address to only myself.
