As the owner of the Facebook page "ม้าเฉียว ดูหุ้น The Future Fanpage," I am Miss Chanan Thongchusri. The page was created around 5 years ago with the assistance of Mr. Puripong Nakasuwan, who was my colleague at the time. Mr. Puripong Nakasuwan is the current admin of the page. I provide investment knowledge to Thai investors through various platforms, with the Facebook page being one of them. Unfortunately, due to an internal issue, all accounts associated with the Fanpage were removed, causing the page to be unpublished. Mr. Puripong Nakasuwan's personal account and the Fanpage have also disappeared, leaving me unable to manage or access the page. I would like to request to regain admin rights to the Fanpage by adding my Facebook account, Chanan Thongchusri, as the new owner and admin. My email for correspondence is [redacted]

I am seeking assistance regarding the sudden disabling of my account, which has been active for over a decade without any prior issues. The lack of explanation is concerning, especially as there are irreplaceable photos of my children stored exclusively on this platform. My account primarily consists of family, friends, and my nail business group. I am baffled by the disabling of my account, as I do not engage in posting objectionable content. I am eager to understand the reason behind this action or access a means to retrieve the cherished photos of my children. This unexpected situation has left me disheartened, given my loyalty to this application over the years despite other available options.

My account was disabled due to offensive content posted by a hacker, back in early April [redacted]. I've had to create a new account but wish to restore my old one with the username HOWARD JOHNSTON. The password for the old account was "visagevolume" and the email associated with it was [redacted], which is inactive as Virgin stopped supporting .net addresses. I've tried contacting Facebook through various means but have had no luck, possibly because they are responding to the inactive email. I suspect hacking as there were attempts to take money from my bank account through Facebook around the same time. I've tried reactivating the account with no success, even changing the password to "Xanthippos255" and the email to [redacted] My old account showed me as residing in Bebington, UK. Please help me restore my account and rectify this situation. Thank you. HJ.

Dear Facebook, Hello, good afternoon. I received a message about the CANCELLATION OF THE PAGE. A few days ago, a NAME CHANGE was made from Camilla Santamaria to Camila Santamaria Store. This was our backup page. Due to you disabling the other page with this name for violating community standards, I request that this case be reviewed and explained if it is no longer possible to use the name of my business, which is CAMILA SANTAMARIA STORE, for any type of page. This has greatly harmed me. I need to know what needs to be done because you proceed to BLOCK THE PAGE WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION, and I do not find it fair. It is harming me as a merchant. I kindly request that the authenticity of the page be reviewed, and the use of it be allowed.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the Facebook Team helped me recover it by resetting the password. However, the final step requires a code generator that I do not have and have never received on my phone. This issue persists each time the Facebook Team sends me the password reset link. Although I have reported the problem online over 20 times, I haven't received a response from the Facebook Team. Despite creating two new accounts with my real name and a different email address, they were disabled by Facebook. My old account is still accessible, but I am unable to log in due to the code generator requirement. I have reported this issue online 20 times and have been contacted by the Facebook Team via email at least 15 times. I am unsure how to proceed. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a 9-piece quilt set on May 23, [redacted], from an advertisement on your site "artsline." Unfortunately, I only received one pillow slip despite the tracking number provided. This discrepancy raises concerns about potential fraud. I recently noticed a similar advertisement for the same quilt set under a different heading "shiness." I urge you to investigate these discrepancies to prevent others from falling victim to misleading advertisements. My son also experienced similar issues with his orders, receiving incorrect items multiple times. It's unsettling that the items ordered around the same time seem to have vanished without a trace. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jeanette T.

I recently established a Facebook page called Saanvi's Collection to promote local clothing and apparel sales. I engaged with Facebook groups to introduce the page successfully until I encountered an issue. Today, when I shared a post about a discount offer, my account was unexpectedly disabled. Additionally, my relative, who was a co-admin, faced the same situation. Despite my attempt to report the problem to Facebook, they requested a photo for verification. Since it's a business page, we have apparel images as display pictures, which complicates the verification process. I am perplexed by the situation and seek guidance on restoring the disabled accounts. The frustration is compounded by not knowing the reason behind the account removal. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had to delete my business Instagram account, as it was linked to a viewer showing inappropriate content. My WordPress site was also under attack. I've taken steps to prevent further issues but need assistance removing third-party apps linked to my deleted Instagram account. Although I can't recover the information, I urgently need to stop "pikado" from associating my business name with such content. The deleted Instagram account was "bluebellst_hair." Google Legal's response was unhelpful, so I'm seeking help to disconnect unauthorized third-party access. I've created a new Instagram account for my professional hairdressing salon, but resolving this issue promptly is crucial to protect my business's reputation.

I received a citation from FB for hate speech unintentionally. I combined "stupid" with American when referring to some Americans being foolhardy about covid fines from Canada. I disagreed with FB but got no response. The infraction stays on my account for a year. After reading the community standards page, I realized my poor phrasing. Instead of singling out Americans, I should have said "some people" can be foolhardy. FB insists it stays for a year. I want to remove it sooner. Will it really be removed in a year? How can I expedite this process? Will it be reported to law enforcement? If it can't be removed, I may quit FB. It was an innocent mistake, and I just intended to criticize "foolhardy people."

Around 4 am, I received a notification about someone logging into my account while I was browsing Facebook. I promptly signaled that it was not me and changed my password. Despite my efforts to log out all sessions, an iPhone 11 Pro logged in from Menlo Park, CA. I have been unable to change my password as the email is not being sent to my Yahoo account. Additionally, I do not recognize the phone number provided. The system is not very helpful, making it challenging to find this ticket page. I am unable to provide ID verification at the moment and would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my account. It would be ideal if the account could be temporarily locked for security reasons until this matter is resolved.

Dear Sir/Madam, I was deeply concerned upon receiving the notification stating, "We have fewer people available to review information due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This means we may be unable to review your account." My livelihood is intertwined with my Facebook page as I operate a venture that supports education and promotes robotics. With several pending events, I humbly request a prompt review of my account as my Facebook usage is purpose-driven. Understanding the constraints on review resources amidst the pandemic, I am perplexed by the sudden halt to my account access. Utilized for the noble cause of advancing robotics education, my account is significant, and I assure you of its authenticity. The possibility of my account being overlooked was disheartening. I implore you to reconsider and facilitate the review process. Identified by the Facebook account name Baishakhi Chakraborty linked to the provided email, I eagerly anticipate your assistance. I am at a loss for alternatives and sincerely appeal for your aid in resolving this matter promptly. Yours faithfully, B.C.

A few days ago, I reset my computer and realized I have two-step verification on my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone associated with the account to receive the verification code. I initially submitted my business card as ID, but it was rejected. I then sent my driver's license and cable bill but have not heard back after several attempts. Today, they provided me with a code ([redacted]), but I received an error message that it's not the correct number. I urgently need access to my account as it's my main way to contact my family and manage my small business and charity page. Can someone please assist with resetting my account and providing the necessary 6-digit code? Thank you.

Hello, I'm writing to seek assistance as my Facebook account has been disabled. I initially suspected hacking but later discovered that my account was disabled due to a violation of the terms of service. My phone was in possession of my ex during the reported time frame, and she may have tampered with my account as she had done in the past. I have evidence of her attempts to interfere with my account and am willing to provide these details to verify my situation. I have cherished my account for over 15 years and have valuable memories stored there. Kindly reactivate my account, and I assure you that I will prevent any unauthorized access in the future. My contact information linked to the account is [redacted] or [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted].

My account was hacked after someone tricked me with a fake gold offer to complete a survey on Steam. Despite never sharing my Facebook details, my account was compromised, and the hacker changed the email linked to it. I have been struggling for over a month to regain access, but Facebook has not been responsive. They requested a photo for verification, which I provided, but no progress has been made. As a person with disabilities, Facebook is essential for me to stay connected with friends and family, as it is my main way of entertainment. The hacker altered the language to Arabic, indicating potential origin, and I have emails showing the attempted changes. My name is Mike Garey, the name on the account, and the previous email was [redacted] The phone number linked might have been changed, but it used to be a [redacted] number. I live in Maidsville, West Virginia, uncertain if the location has been tampered with as well.

My name is Cheryl Yaffe. I previously provided the wrong number; this is the correct one: [redacted]. Someone is using my phone number and address on their profile. I tried to delete it once, but they recreated it. This led to my account being disabled, possibly because of this issue. The person claims to work for Facebook APP. Their account is in Spanish, a language I don't understand. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will take further action. I need this fixed by Facebook directly, not through emails. I want a phone call confirming resolution. The individual does not reside in Newberry, Florida. This is distressing, and I require immediate resolution. Thank you. - Cheryl Yaffe

Hello, I kindly seek assistance. I am in the process of setting up a business manager on Facebook, but due to my lack of expertise, I wish to cancel it and revert to the classic Facebook interface. Currently, I am unable to access my account normally. Upon logging in, I am presented with a message stating there may be a delay in reviewing my information due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I simply want to cancel the request for the business manager and return to the standard version. I would greatly appreciate any guidance as my small business relies on my Facebook account. Thank you for your understanding. Warm regards from the Philippines. Apologies for any language shortcomings.

I am setting up a Facebook Business Manager, but I lack knowledge, and I apologize for this. When I open my Facebook account, I see a message saying: "We received your information. Thank you for sending your information. We have fewer people available to review information due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This means we may be unable to review your account. We apologize for any inconvenience." I would like to cancel creating the Business Manager and go back to using just my regular Facebook account. I am worried about losing my small business on Facebook. Apologies for my limited understanding of the Business Manager; I hope someone can help me with this issue. Thank you for any assistance. Greetings from the Philippines.

Unfortunately, I'm facing issues logging in with my old password, receiving an error message despite confirming its accuracy. Kindly assist me. Thank you.

Dear Facebook Terms, I am Yin, the CEO of (Sad Music). I am contacting you regarding the obstacles Cambodian businesses face when trying to join Facebook. Our company, Atomic, was among the first Cambodian businesses to participate by investing significantly in fan pages to engage with our target customers. We currently operate the fan page (Sad Music) which focuses on effective communication, entertainment, and fostering a friendly environment for people with shared interests. Despite the warm reception from fans, with over [redacted],[redacted] Likes in just one year, our fan page was unexpectedly locked by Facebook on June 13, [redacted], citing unclear reasons. We have reached out to Facebook for assistance, but have yet to receive a response. We have reviewed the FB terms thoroughly but remain unable to identify the cause or solution to this issue. This matter is not only concerning for (Sad Music) but also for the wider online community, media agencies, and companies invested in social media in Cambodia. We kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter to restore confidence among Facebook users in Cambodia. We eagerly await your response. Sincerely, Mr. Yin

I recently switched phones and carriers, and in the process, I forgot my password. My username was my old phone number, but I managed to get that sorted out. However, I found out that my account was disabled. I created a new account using a new number, but it disappeared after a few hours of use. I then tried setting up another account with a Google Voice number, but it got disabled as well. Every time I try to create a new account, I receive a message stating that the email or number is associated with another account. I also noticed that the account email had random numbers and letters in it, preventing me from making any changes. I couldn't reset the password because it was linked to a different account.
