I have been unable to access my Facebook account since July. I've had this account for over a decade, and it contains many important photos and memories. I do not wish to create a new account. The issue began when I got a new phone through Boost as a warranty replacement. Despite it being the same phone and number, Facebook did not recognize it for logging in. I never received the verification code sent by Facebook. Recently, I managed to log in on a laptop and started cleaning up old numbers from my account. However, Facebook flagged this as suspicious activity and prompted a security check using photos of people I know. I answered one question incorrectly, and when it repeated the question, I accidentally selected the wrong answer again. Now I am unable to access my account on both the laptop and my new phone. I have submitted my ID numerous times to Facebook, and I'm eager for some form of communication to help me regain access.

I recently began handling social media for a new organization. The Facebook company page was previously managed through a pseudo personal profile. To address this, I added my actual Facebook profile as an admin and removed the fake one. Unfortunately, this left the page without any admins, rendering it inaccessible. Strangely, I can still oversee the page ads, but I didn't receive an admin invite for my personal profile. I aim to reach out to Facebook to clarify the predicament and restore the original admin privileges. Can anyone offer assistance on how to proceed effectively in this matter?

Dear support team, I am reaching out because my friend played a prank on me by sending a fake video from my hacked account to a friend's account. This led to my account being disabled, which was quite disappointing as I had been using it for over a decade, sharing many memories on both Facebook and Instagram. Now that both my Facebook and Instagram accounts are closed, I would like to request your help in resolving this issue.

I am facing difficulties when trying to send friend requests on Facebook. I contacted a number I found through a Google search, [redacted]. The person who answered claimed to be able to help with my issue and accessed my Facebook account, informing me that it was compromised by someone in Ontario, Canada. He said that in order to rectify this, I needed to verify my account by purchasing a $50 Xbox gift card. The individual, who identified himself as Dave with a direct line of 1-[redacted] x [redacted], insisted that the money spent would be refunded once the card was activated. However, after I provided the activation code from the card I purchased, he demanded two more $50 cards for further verification steps. This raised suspicions, and I requested proof of his affiliation with Facebook before proceeding. Feeling unsure, I ended the call after the initial $50 transaction. I now seek a refund and resolution to restore my account. I am skeptical of the legitimacy of this individual.

Hello, I am inquiring on behalf of my dad as he struggles with using computers. Recently, my dad's Facebook account was flagged for 'suspicious activity' when he forgot his password. Facebook requested a photo for verification before granting him access back to his account. However, upon reentry, his account appears empty - missing friends, dashboard, and profile picture. Strangely, the mobile app version retains all this information. Can you provide guidance on how to fix this issue? Thank you for any assistance.

I am unable to access my account on Facebook after getting a new phone. Although I have the same email address and phone number I've had for years, when I search for myself, I see old accounts I haven't used in years. The account I want, with family photos and memories, is visible but linked to an old email address with a forgotten password. I haven't been able to use Facebook for a week now and I am frustrated with the situation. I do not want to create a new account.

My friend's account has been compromised, and despite trying the suggested steps, we keep getting looped back to the login page, which he cannot access. Even with my tech knowledge, I can't assist him as Facebook's account recovery process is proving to be challenging. It's frustrating that verifying his identity with ID isn't an option. It feels like his account is being held hostage, and the lack of support from Facebook is disheartening. Recovering his old account seems almost impossible at this stage.

Some time ago, someone hacked my Facebook account. I couldn't access it through Messenger or the app. When my husband checked, he found a different name linked to my account. I managed to log in through Chrome without entering a password and noticed my status and name changed to separated. Some friend requests were accepted without my knowledge. I changed my password while logged in through Chrome, and contacted Facebook to report the issue. Later, while checking my account, the screen flickered, prompting me to confirm my actions. I answered questions to verify my identity, but my account was disabled for violating terms of service. Despite not using Facebook frequently and using Messenger more, I am confused about why my account was disabled after reporting the hack.

I have been facing recurring issues with Facebook. My first account, Kevin Smith, I forgot the password for. I created another account with the same name, which got disabled and requested identity verification. I submitted my government-issued picture ID along with other documents to prove my identity, but still faced account disablement. Every subsequent account I create ends up disabled due to the same verification issue. I created a new account because I lost access to my email and phone for the first one. I don't use Facebook for causing trouble, just to connect with others. My account information is: name - Kevin Smith, #[redacted], Email: [redacted] I seek assistance in regaining access to my account.

I have a few old Facebook accounts with embarrassing names similar to my current one. I'm attempting to log in to sign out and delete them. However, when I try to reset the password by selecting "forgot password," it prompts me to access an email associated with the account. Although I do have access to the required email, I'm stuck at that step with no further guidance provided. My goal is to log in successfully and remove these outdated Facebook accounts.

I bought a Valentine's Day present for my wife from adore bae on January 18 after seeing an ad on my news feed. I've been trying to reach them via Facebook, email, and voicemail for over a week now. Despite leaving multiple messages, no one from the company has responded. I'm concerned and wondering if others have had similar issues with orders placed through Facebook. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I'm starting to doubt the legitimacy of this company.

I've been attempting to report an old account with the username Bojax Jeiselina Sue Masere for deletion. The account is from nearly 7 years ago, and I now require a professional public image for my career. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to report and delete the account, I cannot recall any login information since it's from such a long time ago. My main goal is to have the account removed completely.

I am unable to access the emails linked to my Facebook account. Despite having trusted contacts set up, I have not received the email to reset my password. I attempted this three times with two different emails, but none of them received the required communication from Facebook. When I tried using my phone number, I received a message about spam prevention. I do not remember my password, and the help page consistently guides me back to the trusted contact option, which has not been successful. I have checked all email folders, including junk and social, but there has been no email from Facebook. I am looking to regain access to my account or delete it if recovery is not possible. I understand the importance of security measures but believe alternative options should be available if the current one is not functioning correctly.

My account was unexpectedly disabled a week ago, and I am unsure of the reason. This is my first time using social media, and I had just reconnected with long-lost relatives through a family page created by my daughter, Bethany. Everyone else has been able to access the page, but I haven't been able to. My name is Jeffrey Lynn Atkinson, Sr.; my son, Jeffrey Lynn Atkinson, Jr., has an account with you and resides in Eugene, Oregon, while I live in The Dalles, Oregon. In case direct contact is needed, my phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted]. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and reactivating my account solely for the purpose of communicating on the family page. Thank you.

After updating my phone, it glitched and prompted me to restart or do a factory reset. I tried restarting multiple times without success, leading me to reset it to factory settings, fixing the glitch but now I can't access Facebook. I attempted to reset my account but as I used my phone number for registration, I couldn't receive the code on my email. Despite my efforts, I haven't received a reset code on my phone either. I've been dealing with this for over two weeks and I'm frustrated with Facebook's lack of live support or alternative solutions to recover my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently noticed that my Facebook account is missing. The issue is that I used a Yahoo email to create the account, but I no longer have access to that email. My Facebook name is "Tuấn bụng mỡ," it's a Vietnamese name. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the old phone number was +[redacted]5.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my frustration with my disabled Facebook account. Despite sending Facebook various forms of identification to confirm my identity, including my State ID and social security card, my account remains disabled. My primary concern is being able to stay in touch with my aging parents, my son (B.L.) and daughter (L.C.), who live in Minnesota while I am in Oregon. I was recently forced to create a new Facebook page after my previous one was hacked, leading to unusual activity and messages being sent to my contacts. I kindly request that the compromised account be deleted and only my new page, created on February 4, [redacted], with a business flyer background and wearing a maroon dress, be retained. As I have family members in Minnesota and I am in Oregon, it is crucial for us to be able to communicate via Facebook for video chats, sharing pictures, and posts. My daughter, who is expecting her first child and my grandchild, needs access to my page to share pregnancy updates and photos. My son, another trusted contact, also relies on Facebook for our weekly video chats. Resolving this issue promptly will greatly alleviate the stress we are experiencing. Sincerely, K.M.L.

Hello Facebook Community. Recently, my account was improperly closed by an individual claiming to be affiliated with Facebook. This person demanded $[redacted] to restore my account, citing a partnership with Facebook Partners. I believe this is a form of blackmail as there was no valid reason for my account to be closed. My account is old, verified with a blue checkmark, and I have not violated any Facebook standards or terms of use. I am a public figure with over 15,[redacted] followers. I have evidence of this extortion and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this situation with Facebook.

To whom it may concern, I am still experiencing issues with my Facebook account. My original page, Kimberly Potrament Lathrop, and Messenger were hacked two weeks ago. A different email, phone number, and password were added without my knowledge. Strange messages were sent to my contacts. I need that account deleted. The only page I want is the one I created on February 4, [redacted], with my business flyer and a photo of me in a maroon dress. My daughter, Leah Corneliussen, and son, Bruce Lathrop, are trusted contacts. Leah, who lives in another state and is pregnant with my first grandchild, needs access to share baby updates. My family in Minnesota communicates with me in Portland, Oregon through Facebook for video calls and updates. Please re-enable my new page, Kimberly Lathrop, created on February 4, [redacted].
