I recently discovered the true identity of someone I believed was a widow from Brazil working as a doctor and surgeon for the UN. After sending a significant sum of money via Google cards to someone claiming to be this individual named Dr. Fernando Gomez Pinto, I found out through the UN that there was no one by that name working there. The situation escalated when I received calls about emergencies involving his son needing blood transfusions and him getting arrested at the Ghana airport. It turned out there was a connection between him and someone named John Albert, which was a red flag for me. Despite promises of repayment, I realized it was all a ploy to scam me. I have provided all evidence to the authorities and am seeking help to recover the deleted emails and calls related to the incidents. I feel naive and regretful for being caught up in this elaborate scheme.

I am having trouble signing into my account after switching to a new phone. Whenever I try to log in, it doesn't show my profile as an option. Even my friends can't find me on their accounts, although they can see my profile from their pages. I've attempted to use my phone number for verification, but I never receive the 6-digit pin code. I have tried on various devices multiple times without success. Despite having my email and phone number, I am unable to access my account. I want to avoid creating a new account and instead regain access to my current one. This is important for my new job as a caregiver, and to maintain privacy from family members. My name is Keeley Lynn Jackson, and my profile picture features me wearing a colorful Rasta coat with blonde, red, and black lipstick, with a witch in the background.

Subject: Appeal Regarding Facebook Post Rating I am writing to formally appeal Facebook's decision to label one of our posts as "Mixture." Precious Life shared a story on Facebook about the March for their Lives event in Belfast on 7th September [redacted], with a reported attendance of up to 20,[redacted] people. Despite this, Facebook classified the post as having a mix of accurate and inaccurate content, or as being misleading or incomplete. This rating was influenced by FactCheckNI's determination that the claim of 20,[redacted] attendees was "unsubstantiated." My objection stems from the belief that FactCheckNI's assessment is biased and not factual. This decision has led to an unfair classification of our post. Facebook's commitment to combating false news is commendable, but in this instance, misinformation has unfairly affected our content. I respectfully request a review of this post rating and a reconsideration of the "Mixture" classification. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Initials]

I have dedicated extensive time to making my website user-friendly. I am seeking assistance from Instagram and Facebook to address various issues. I have already made adjustments on my website to comply with guidelines, such as removing offensive swimsuits and avoiding political content. Despite submitting my details to Facebook for advertising approval, my attempts to create ads on Instagram and Facebook have been unsuccessful. I hope to resolve these issues promptly to sell quality products at competitive prices. I have encountered challenges with linking my Shopify website to Facebook and Instagram, as well as facing restrictions on Instagram product tagging. I have followed the instructions provided by both platforms multiple times to address these issues without success, including reporting problems and ensuring compliance with policies. Additionally, when trying to leave comments on Instagram, I receive a notification about being blocked.

Hello, my name is Roland Ziade from Beirut, Lebanon. I previously had a Facebook account named "Smops Mind" and created a new page called "Special Minds." I invested a significant amount of money into promotions for the page and posts without receiving any violations. However, I made the mistake of creating additional Facebook accounts which were subsequently disabled. While I understand this is against Facebook's policy, the issue arose when my original account "Smops Mind" was disabled. I am unsure of the reasons behind this action and cannot recall any violations on my part. I am in urgent need of restoring this account as I am the administrator of a page with over 13,[redacted] followers, and I assure you that I always adhere to Facebook's rules and guidelines. Thank you for your assistance. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My father, D.S., experienced a concerning incident on Facebook recently. He received a notification at 6:30am EST stating that someone from Singapore had accessed his account, causing him to be logged out and unable to log back in. Despite trying his password, Facebook indicated it was changed 10 hours earlier, which my father did not do. The email associated with the account ([redacted]) is outdated and inaccessible. Both my father and I have made unsuccessful attempts to recover it. D.S. is eager to recover his account and its contents. We are willing to provide identification documents to verify our relationship and assist in regaining access. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as he hopes to avoid losing valuable information stored on his account.

A few months back, I decided to delete my personal account, which was the admin for my business page. Currently, the business page exists but I have no means of accessing the admin rights. I can only manage it as an editor, not an admin. It seems crucial for me to regain access to the page. Perhaps besides account recovery, Facebook could transfer the admin role to a linked profile. I urgently require assistance with this matter and would appreciate speaking to a Facebook representative by phone promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Tristen K. I recently created a new Facebook account under the name Kath Henderson. Help! My Facebook account has been hacked, and a phone number different from mine was added to it. I received an email informing me of this, but I believe it's not legitimate. I have tried to confirm my identity with Facebook, but the link they provided is not working. I'm worried about the security of my account. Can someone please advise me on what to do next to regain control of my Facebook account? Thank you.

I am experiencing issues recovering my Facebook account. I have completed the steps, received three codes from trusted contacts, and reset my password successfully. Following this, I was informed I would get an email within 30 minutes with a link to finalize the reset, but I didn't receive it. Instead, after about 24 hours, I received an email containing a code: BjXp8fpAJ4. This code perplexes me as there is no indication of where to input it. I haven't been prompted for it, nor is it a clickable link. I have tried using the new password I set, but I haven't been able to verify my account. I am unsure where to input the code or how to progress. Any advice would be greatly appreciated; I have attempted this process multiple times without success.

Hello, I have been attempting to connect my Instagram business page to my Facebook page for the past three days. Although it appears linked on both platforms, I am repeatedly prompted to "Review Connection." Despite following all provided instructions, I encounter an error at the final stage of the process. The Facebook error message states, "Connection Failed, Something went wrong. Try again." When attempting to link through Instagram, I receive the response "Error performing query." After extensive online research, I have not been able to find a solution. Additionally, I have tried contacting Facebook multiple times without receiving any responses. Has anyone encountered this issue before or have a potential fix?

I recently purchased a new phone and encountered an issue when trying to log into my Facebook account. Upon logging in, I was directed to an unfamiliar account, which seemed fake as it had no friends or activity. I promptly changed the password and deleted that account. However, I am now facing a dilemma where no accounts are linked to my phone number. Since I set up my Facebook account solely with my phone number and did not add an email address, I am currently unable to access my account. Although I can locate my account by name, I'm unable to reset the password due to my phone number not being recognized and the absence of an associated email. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation, such as my driver's license, birth certificate, or marriage license, to verify my identity. Additionally, my phone number is listed in my account information but set to private.

I am extremely frustrated with Facebook as I have been facing an unresolved issue for close to 9 years. Around that time, I lost the ability to manage my friends list and other features. Lately, I am experiencing problems with audio in Watch Party Videos, Facebook pages not loading properly, and missing features. Despite restarting my computer, nothing changes. Facebook has not responded to my reports since September [redacted] and it seems like I have been permanently blocked from certain functions. The Technical Support Division has stopped acknowledging my reports, and I feel ignored. I have tried calling the phone number for Facebook customer service, but it was unhelpful. I am struggling to manage my two Facebook pages and the overall user experience has been disappointing compared to how it used to be. I believe my issues need to be addressed promptly by Facebook's Advanced Technical Support Team. I appreciate any help in escalating these issues to someone who can resolve them effectively. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I have been using two accounts on Facebook for years, both linked to the same phone number but with different passwords. Recently, I forgot the password to my primary account that I've had for seven years. When I try to recover the password using the "forgot password" option, it only shows my secondary account and not the one I need to access. Additionally, when attempting to search for the account by name, I am prompted to input a phone number or email instead. This seems to be causing a frustrating loop, preventing me from accessing my important first account that holds significant sentimental value. I am eager to regain access to this account as it contains a large part of my online presence that I cannot afford to lose.

I'm having trouble locating my long-standing FB account. I keep getting prompted to set it up as new when trying to log in. This issue might be related to my OneDrive continually asking for login, even though I don't recall having a password for it. I disabled OneDrive due to this. I was using my FB account earlier but uninstalled then reinstalled the Words With Friends app, logged out for a bit, and now my FB is missing. I also received notifications from Google regarding my account with login failures. The system prompted me to set up a new password for my email. Additionally, my default search engine changed to Windows instead of Chrome. I'm now facing confusion with two new unwanted FB accounts and missing access to my original one, where I have valuable data, friends, and a high school reunion page. This technology dilemma has left me feeling completely lost.

My elderly mother has forgotten all her email and account passwords, including old ones. She moved to China with us and we now use a VPN. Due to this, Facebook doesn't recognize the devices or location trying to access her account. Moreover, she no longer has access to the phone number linked to her account since she moved a year ago. We are seeking to disable her two non-functioning accounts but realize it is a violation to create a new account when passwords are forgotten. Although I acknowledge Facebook's security measures, I wonder if there are any protocols in place to assist in such circumstances with elderly users? The phone number linked to one account is +[redacted]8 and the email for the other account is [redacted]

I had an inactive Facebook account linked to a deactivated email, so I created a new one to start fresh. Suddenly, I was locked out and had to verify my identity with a phone number and picture. Despite multiple attempts to provide my ID, I received no email confirmation, possibly due to using the same name as my deactivated account. After managing to access my old account, I changed the name to my nickname to update the contact email. Now, I'm waiting to regain access to my new account and have the old one deleted.
