I am experiencing difficulty accessing Facebook on both of my profiles. My initial account was disabled by Facebook due to allegedly sharing prohibited content. However, I did not share the content but only saved it for personal viewing. Consequently, it does not violate any rules since it is private. Despite coming across the content on Facebook, I received a ban unjustly. I decided to create a new profile to keep in touch with my loved ones, especially during a family emergency. Unfortunately, this new account is also facing limitations, preventing me from messaging or interacting with posts. This has left me feeling isolated during a time when it is crucial for me to communicate with my family about a serious situation, particularly since my brother is currently incarcerated. Facebook is currently my main means of contacting them.

I need assistance with my disabled Instagram account. Another user accessed my account from a different device after it was hacked, resulting in a violation of the terms of service. I am eager to regain access to my account and would commit to enhancing its security by setting a strong and unique password. I am hopeful for the opportunity to rectify this situation. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am an Instagram user who has encountered some issues with my accounts. @Delaiiina was hacked, leading me to create @Delainacm and @Lainabanaina. Unfortunately, @Delainacm was disabled for a supposed guideline violation. I have thoroughly reviewed the guidelines and believe there has been a mistake, as I have been unable to regain access for around a week and a half. I urge for my account to be reactivated promptly. I have already reached out via email and reports but have not received a resolution. I suggest a more efficient support and contact system for social media platforms. Additionally, I would like @Delaiiina and @Lainabanaina deleted since they are no longer active. Looking forward to a prompt response. Email: [redacted] Thank you.

This morning, when I tried to access Facebook, I encountered a blue screen stating that my session had expired and prompted me to log back in. Upon logging in, I discovered that my account had been disabled without any explanation provided. I attempted to submit the suggested form, which included an 'ID (s)' section. However, it was unclear what was required in this section, and it seemed to request a photo input before allowing me to proceed. My Facebook usage is limited, mainly for accessing private pages related to my son's football activities. I am confused as to why my account was suddenly disabled, and the help desk has been unhelpful by continuously redirecting me back to the non-functional form submission page.

My account was hacked three days ago. I logged into Messenger to chat with someone who had sent me a link. After clicking on the link and logging in with my email and password, nothing happened. Later, when I tried to access my account, Facebook notified me that I couldn't log in due to a password change. When attempting to reset the password, I realized the hacker had removed my email and alternate email, making it impossible to reset. I followed the steps to change my email, full name, and ID, but I haven't received any communication from Facebook. Unfortunately, I don't have any trusted contacts on my account, and it's under a different name than my real one. It's strange that I haven't received any emails from Facebook about the password change, despite having two associated email addresses. I'm seeking assistance on how to regain access to my account or contact Facebook directly.

I created a Facebook page for my church called Rayaka Ingnika to make it easier for our members to find us. The page is currently "under review" for security reasons. I am wondering how long this process will take and if there is any way to expedite it. Our church was hoping to have the page active in time for the holidays. Thank you. You can reach me via my personal email or the church email.

I created a Business Manager account on Facebook. After publishing an ad for my page, they disabled my account due to suspicious billing information. They requested a file for verification, which I submitted, but I haven't received any updates. This situation is frustrating, as it is impacting my business financially. I am unsure of how to proceed to resolve this issue.

Today, my account was allegedly hacked, and I was restricted from using Messenger and commenting on Facebook for thirty days. I sought help by calling a number online, and I was advised by individuals claiming to be from Facebook security to purchase a $[redacted] eBay card as a solution to dealing with the hack. They mentioned a complex process involving buying more eBay cards to track the hackers and promised a refund afterward. However, when I mentioned not having additional funds, they refused to refund the initial $[redacted] spent on the first card. Feeling suspicious, I decided to end the call and notified them of involving the police and a lawyer. It's concerning that Facebook is not providing proper security and asking users to pay for resolving hacking issues. I intend to take this public to raise awareness, but if there's a simpler way to retrieve my money without continuous expenses, I would appreciate any advice.

We have a personal account connected to two separate pages. We are considering converting the account into one of the pages to turn "friends" into "followers." We plan to merge the Dr Joti Samra account into the MyWorkplacehealth page. We are concerned about affecting the other page's content. We use Buffer for social media publishing and need to authenticate our Instagram accounts through Facebook for direct publishing. If we make the account change, will it impact Buffer's authentication process for Instagram? I am reachable at [redacted] and open to scheduling a call to discuss these business matters further. Thank you, Emory.

I recently got a new phone and now I can't access my Facebook account. The phone number linked to my account is outdated, and I've already updated it with a new number. Despite this, Facebook keeps sending the login code to my old number, preventing me from signing in. I've attempted to contact Facebook with no success, and the security questions aren't proving helpful. I really don't want to create a new account due to all the memories and photos on my current one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Louis Montoya. I am writing to address an issue regarding an individual named Benny Rivera from Las Vegas or Albuquerque, New Mexico, who is falsely slandering my name on your platform. He is known to be involved in drug-related activities and is utilizing your site to conduct illicit business. Due to his false allegations, which include claims about my drug habits, I am taking legal action against him. I have filed a police report and intend to pursue a lawsuit with the evidence of his defamatory posts on your website. As a newcomer to the Angel Fire community with my own business, I kindly request that you flag and remove Benny Rivera from your site to prevent further damage to my reputation. I can provide additional information via email if needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Louis Montoya

I am unable to access my Gmail account at South Haven because my old phone is inactive. I have proper identification to verify my identity, but Google is asking for $50 to help me. This seems unfair and I feel frustrated. I understand the need for verification but being asked to pay to regain access seems excessive. I have heard others have faced similar situations with Google asking for money to resolve account issues, and it's disheartening. I will share my experience publicly soon.

There is a Facebook page accusing me of scamming people, but the person who started it actually cancelled our contract before the event and got a refund. Despite this, Facebook refuses to take down the page when I report it. My lawyers believe this is spreading false information. I have evidence from the contract showing the truth. I want to speak to a Facebook representative about removing the page, as reporting it has not been effective.

I recently noticed two charges on my credit card statement from FB, even though I have never created an ad on Facebook nor have an advertising account. I believe my credit card details have been compromised. I want to report this issue to Facebook. Is there a way to do that? Can they track the person responsible if I provide the reference numbers from my bank statement? It seems like other Facebook users are also experiencing similar fraudulent transactions, and I hope to address this issue promptly. Thank you.

Lately, I've been receiving up to 7 emails daily from Facebook containing confirmation codes, indicating someone's attempting to hack my account by changing the password. I have already updated the password for security measures. I am seeking assistance in identifying the source of these reset attempts to block them or potentially removing my ability to reset altogether. The persistent hacking attempts are deeply unsettling, and I'm eager to prevent any further security breaches.

Dear Forum Members, I am writing to inform you that on Sunday, December 22, [redacted], I received a notification from Facebook informing me that I have been banned from posting on Facebook allegedly due to a post that I did not make. I am a senior citizen with no connections to the post in question and believe there may have been a mistake or that my account was hacked. Furthermore, there was a complaint about Disney attributed to me that I did not create. I feel I am being unfairly treated and urge Facebook to thoroughly investigate this issue. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Lena B.

I tried to deactivate my Facebook account due to unauthorized access from a different location. Facebook requested another email to contact me, claiming I had two accounts open simultaneously, which is untrue. I wish to retrieve my current account but the email associated with it is no longer in use. My current email is [redacted], the same address I used for a previous account which has been closed for some time now. I only have one active account.

Hello, I had a Facebook account that I stopped using. I only use the app occasionally to chat with friends. Unfortunately, I forgot both my Facebook password and the email associated with it. I have tried different passwords without success. I am seeking assistance as I can verify myself using this laptop I used to log in before. I also have my passport with my name and picture as proof. Access is important to me because that account holds my precious childhood memories with photos and funny posts. I am eager to revisit those nostalgic moments. I hope someone can assist me with this issue. Thank you.

I am unable to reset my Facebook password because the email associated with my account no longer exists and I am unable to reactivate it. I have been using this account for many years and I really do not want to lose it. I would like to reset my password so that I can access my account on both my computer and iPad. My phone, which is the only device connected to my Facebook account, is starting to malfunction, so I need to resolve this issue promptly. I hope to receive assistance soon. Thank you. - L.

I recently verified my business using Business Ad Manager. As a sole proprietor, my legal business name is my first and last name, and my business address is my home address. I am concerned because this information is now visible in the "Page Transparency" box on my business Facebook page. I need to make this information private to protect my safety and privacy. I have tried to delete the business from Ad Manager but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I could not find a way to contact Facebook directly about this issue. Please help me address this promptly to avoid any potential safety risks.
