To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

My Facebook account was hacked on ********. I went through all the steps that Facebook suggests and have been unable to recover my account. I’ve had multiple people flag my account, and still Facebook has done nothing. I was never sent an email by Facebook stating that my email*password were being changed, and whoever hacked into my account deleted my email, password, and phone number from being linked to the account, so there’s no way for me to reset the password or anything. Facebook has no call center or way of contacting them directly, and their online user guides are useless because they don’t work.
GetHuman-tahanme did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
