I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Facebook account. I recently got a new phone due to issues with my previous one, which was set to log in automatically. Since the screen of my old phone stopped working, I am unable to retrieve any information from it. My Facebook account was disabled by mistake. I have not posted anything violating Facebook's policies. I am unsure why my account was disabled, as I have all the necessary supporting documents like my registered mobile number, email address, and ID proof. I have already submitted my ID to Facebook, but my account is still disabled. I deactivated my account because it was hacked. I created a new one, but I need to access my old account to link it to my mobile game and retain my progress. I can't remember which email was used for the old account, and the password doesn't work. I'm unsure if the deactivation caused the issue. I simply want to sign in to connect my game.

My account was compromised, and when attempting to recover access through your system, I found that my original email address associated with the account was no longer available as an option for password resets. Another email address has taken over MY account. Consequently, when requesting a password reset, it goes to a different email that I cannot access. Can my original email be linked back to the account, or do I need to begin anew?

My employer has illegally accessed my account while I was out sick. They pretended to be me and changed the password, gaining access to my Facebook account and messages. They have breached my privacy by pretending to be me. All my emails were being forwarded in my absence. My Facebook messaging is connected to that account and I cannot deactivate or save the messages without the password. They refuse to give it back to me. I am speaking with an attorney and will be filing a cybercrime report today. I need to reach out to Facebook regarding this issue, but finding the right contact information has been challenging. On 12/12/18, my father, Anthony Rella, passed away. He shared his login information with us just in case. Unfortunately, his widow, April Rella, gained access and deleted his account without our consent. This account holds precious memories, photos, and comments that are invaluable to me, my sister, and his granddaughter. I've been using Messenger without a Facebook account (I initially signed up with just my phone number and name). My Messenger account didn't have a password. I recently had to create a Facebook account to livestream a funeral. After that, I couldn't receive messages on Messenger, only send them. Moreover, others couldn't send messages to me either. I attempted to resolve this by deleting the Messenger app. Unfortunately, now I can't even sign in because it's asking for a password. I'd appreciate any assistance with this issue.

On 12/11, I made a comment on Facebook that was reported as bullying. My comment, "There is more of us than all of you that are uneducated trolls," was not directly aimed at a specific individual. It seems like Facebook is monitoring certain users more closely. This situation is escalating, and it's distressing. The upcoming year might bring more challenges. I believe the main issue is with the enforcement of policies. The stress from this has caused my blood pressure to rise, making it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season. As a disabled individual since January 18, not being able to use my computer to interact with friends has been my only source of joy.

I need to share the continuation of my situation regarding my blood pressure. I have not had access to my medication as my primary doctor requires an appointment for a refill. Unfortunately, my car is inoperable, and my arthritic hip makes it impossible for me to drive to the appointment. While I have been monitoring my blood pressure daily and it has been normal, yesterday it spiked significantly. I am frustrated with the lack of response from FB regarding my concerns. Due to this, I may have to seek help at the emergency room, which is a financial burden I cannot handle. Living on a fixed income from social security makes it challenging to make ends meet, especially with unexpected situations like this. I am running out of food and won't have more until I receive my next payment in about four weeks. I am hoping for a resolution from FB on my account issue, as their current response does not seem fair to me. Thank you, Linda M. A., RN.

I was known as Laureen and am now Lori Kopp. I need assistance with my Facebook page. Following a hacking incident on the Laureen Kopp page where items were sold on Marketplace without my permission, I've been trying to have it removed without success. Another page exists with duplicate photos of me and my husband, labeled as Laureen at the top. Also, there's a page with my photo but lacking my friends, labeled as Lori Kopp. My preferred page displays cats in the background with a circular photo of my husband and me, and I'd like my friends added. I prefer the name Lori Kopp or simply Lori displayed. Can the unnecessary accounts be deleted, keeping only the one I described? I'm Muez S. I changed my Facebook password a few months ago and now can't remember it. I didn't save it on my iPhone either. My recovery email is an old hotmail account I can't access. I shared my experience of an abusive relationship and assault involving someone in my area. Upon my post gaining attention, I briefly unblocked the individual to view their profile, only to discover they had deleted their Facebook account. Subsequently, he created a new profile where he is now denying the events and accusing me of falsehood. Facebook is currently preventing me from re-blocking him for a few days. He must not have access to my page to prevent further contact or attempts to take down my post. Over 50 women have commented with similar encounters, and others have contacted me privately. It is crucial to prevent him, Hanan Khan from Fayetteville, AR, from accessing my profile for the safety of myself and other women who have bravely shared their stories.

I submitted a complaint a little over a week ago, but I have not received any response. Basically, I believe my ex used someone else's profile to send me highly inappropriate messages. I contacted the police and they advised me to reach out to Facebook. I would like them to be addressed as the messages contain sexual content that made me uncomfortable. Although I replied expressing my unhappiness, I would appreciate some action being taken. I hope you can identify if it was indeed my ex behind these messages. Thank you.

Half a year ago, my ex and I broke up. He still has photos of me on his public page, which makes my current partner and me feel uncomfortable. I want these photos removed as they remind me of a traumatic relationship. I've tried removing my tag, but it hasn't solved the issue. Facebook suggested blocking him, but that won't remove the photos. I've asked him to take them down, but he refused. Can anyone advise on how I can get these photos of me removed from his Facebook page?

My father deactivated his account a few years ago and now wants to reactivate it. We followed the steps for Facebook recovery. They showed some friends from his friend list whom he no longer knows or recognized. Facebook advised to keep checking back on the list if he doesn't have their contact information as it refreshes every few minutes. I have been unable to access my account since December 4, [redacted]. Despite changing my password multiple times, I am still locked out as I am being prompted for a security code which I do not know how to obtain. The issue lies in the fact that I no longer have access to my old number, [redacted], which was linked to an expired TextNow account. I recently regained access to the number and updated my account information with my new number, [redacted], on my new iPhone. Upon attempting to locate my account, a profile with the name "Gary Stafford" appeared, leading me to suspect foul play. I am using a two-factor authentication app with my Facebook email [redacted] on my new device, but the code provided is not working despite numerous attempts. I have exhausted all possible solutions and am eager to regain access to my account.

I'm trying to figure out how to get verified without a cellphone. I only have a home phone and internet. I really don't like cellphones and don't want to get one. I'm concerned about the security risks associated with using a cellphone online. There are many of us who choose not to have cellphones. Companies like Facebook should develop a less invasive verification system for users like us.
