I wanted to report an incident where scammers have been tricking people into giving them Amazon cards through my hacked Facebook account. Even though I believed that systems are usually secure, mine was compromised. I am familiar with computer systems and even study hacking in college. I have identified the scammers' location and obtained their IP address. If needed, I can provide this information via email. The other Facebook account they hacked also contains messages that may help track them. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these messages and shut down the compromised account. On Sunday morning, while using Facebook, my session abruptly ended. After attempting a password reset with no success in receiving the code, I continuously tried entering the new password. Despite finally being given a code, it seems to be the same one repeating instead of generating a new one. I have attempted various methods to regain access, including the email, phone number, and username options to no avail. Although I submitted a photo of my driver's license for identity verification, I have not received any confirmation. Despite entering three different code generator numbers, the one I keep receiving is consistently deemed invalid, making it impossible to access my Facebook account.

I'm a member of the Decent Kent Islanders Facebook page. I've noticed that some people are having trouble finding the page or sending join requests. I would like to help guide others on how to request to join the group. However, I can't seem to find where to ask to join myself. If someone could provide instructions on how to send a join request and address why some can access the link while others cannot, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Upon opening my Facebook app, I noticed that I was unexpectedly logged out. When I attempted to log back in using my usual email and password, it was unsuccessful. Following this, I tried the "forgot password" option to receive a code via email. However, the email address being shown, partially redacted with asterisks, does not belong to me. This unknown email is preventing me from regaining access to my account. I am seeking assistance in recovering my Facebook account. Thank you.

I am currently experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account after my phone was stolen. I am unable to log in from my daughter's phone as it states my account cannot be found using my email or phone number. I have important pictures on that account that I would like to recover. I created a new account, but I am really hoping to regain access to my original account. My Facebook name is Tish Smith, and my profile pictures include one of me in a yellow shirt and another of my kids. Any assistance in recovering my old account would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing two issues currently. Firstly, my Facebook Marketplace listings are not showing any viewers, even on older listings with previous conversations. This problem started a few days ago. I primarily use the app to list and manage my items. Secondly, upon attempting to log in on my PC, I receive a notification informing me that my account is disabled. The app functions correctly except for the Marketplace issue mentioned earlier. I am unsure why these problems are occurring and would appreciate some assistance.

Hello, I am concerned about a recent issue with my Facebook account. There has been a claim of suspicious activity, but I have not seen any evidence to support this. I have requested proof from Facebook via email, but have not received a response yet. I believe it's important to get this resolved, and if necessary, I will seek assistance from the Better Business Bureau. I want to emphasize that I have not engaged in any wrongful activities. When attempting to reset my password, I encounter difficulties with the options provided. Despite selecting to receive the code via my cell phone, it does not work. Alternatively, I have two email addresses on file, but the 6 digit code is being sent to the deactivated email address r*********@******.com, instead of my primary email, [redacted] I need the code to be sent to [redacted] so I can reset my password and access my Messenger account. This is the third occasion my account has been disabled. It happens every time I try to upload my picture. I am unsure what is causing this issue. Is there a possibility of someone impersonating me? I have a niece who bears a strong resemblance to me, but she is younger and does not have a scar under her eye. Could you please assign a person to review this matter? I am attempting to access Facebook to play games on various platforms and to reconnect with family and friends. I used Facebook over 12 years ago without any issues. What has changed since then? I've been unable to access my old account for nearly 3 years, but recently fell victim to a scam where individuals pretending to be from Facebook asked me to send $[redacted] in Google Play cards to regain access. Unfortunately, it was a hoax, and I remain locked out of both my old account ([redacted]) and the new one I created under my new phone number ([redacted]). My name is Charlene Hathaway. I recently got locked out of my account because my email is old, and I forgot my password. I tried the reset link that was sent to my trusted contacts but didn't receive it in my current email. Then I remembered my old password which allowed me to receive verification codes via email and text. Unfortunately, I couldn't find where to input these codes, and now I'm completely locked out. Can someone assist me with this problem?

I have been waiting for 3 days to regain access to my account [redacted] with the password "tamkins." I have lost access to the associated phone numbers. I created a new account with the email [redacted] and the password "bradshaw," but it's also under review. Many of my friends received an unauthorized YouTube link from me on Friday, which I did not send. This situation is frustrating, and I urgently need to access my Facebook account. My account is disabled, and after clicking the "download information" link to understand why, I was redirected to a "log in to continue" page. This situation is frustrating as I am left without information about the disablement of my account. I created the Facebook account for a specific purpose, which is now hindered by my lack of access. Providing my email and phone number seems insufficient, and their request for more data adds to my unease about their handling of personal information. I simply want to regain access to my account to join a group exclusive to Facebook without facing additional verification challenges.

I have a friend who uses her real first name but shortens her last name, and her profile picture features flowers to maintain privacy. Recently, she was asked by Facebook to verify her identity with an ID. After submitting her ID, Facebook flagged that her last name and profile picture did not align. Is it possible to pass ID verification with a profile picture that conceals the face and a last name that's abbreviated?

My account has been reported numerous times, even though I have not violated any rules with my posts. Every time I create a new account, it gets disabled. I tried changing my last name, and the new account stayed active until I reverted to my old name yesterday. Facebook disabled it once more. I am exhausted from dealing with this issue for the past six months. I am hopeful that someone can assist me in resolving this frustrating problem.

On December 8th, I received several concerning emails from Facebook regarding my account security. Although I promptly changed my password upon noticing the unauthorized access, my account was disabled due to suspicious activity. I am seeking assistance in restoring access to my account that was compromised by an unknown individual.

Dear Facebook Support Center, Someone has created a new Facebook account using my old account details. This person has been sending friend requests to many of my friends and once they accept, the hacker asks for their WhatsApp contact details. The hacker then shared a fake nude video on YouTube, claiming it to be mine. Now, the hacker is threatening me for money via WhatsApp messages. I am worried about my safety as I have a family. The fake Facebook account and the YouTube video have been deleted, possibly by the hacker. I implore the Facebook team to take urgent action on this matter. I am experiencing difficulty logging in as the system is indicating that my password has been reset. Following attempts to reset the password, it prompts to send a code to my email, however, it displays an email address starting with the letter "O," which I do not recognize. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the code to proceed with resetting my password. Despite opting to provide an alternative email address for correspondence, along with submitting my Photo ID as requested, I have not received any communication in return. I am uncertain about the status of my account, concerned that it may have been compromised by an unauthorized party, and now encountering obstacles in receiving verification emails to the associated email account.
