I've been Gabriel Adex on Facebook for almost 15 years. I apologize for violating the terms unintentionally. I believed my details would still be recognized. Yesterday, my account got disabled, and I am unsure why. I suspect it might have been hacked. I received a notification from Facebook about a suspicious attempt a few days ago, prompting me to change my password. My account is under the name David West and is connected to an old email that I can no longer access - [redacted] I have had this account for quite some time and have built a reputable profile on it. Additionally, I am an admin for two other accounts dedicated to sharing information about music events with a significant following, which I cannot currently access.

Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of my friend regarding her hacked Facebook account. She is urgently seeking assistance in having her account removed and ensuring her photos are saved. Despite her efforts to seek help from her friends to block the account, it still remains compromised. The hacker has changed the profile picture but retained the cover photo. Additionally, the account's information has been altered from English to, possibly, Arabic. Although attempts were made to report the issue to Facebook, they deemed it did not violate their community standards. This is particularly distressing as my friend, Lisa Gran, is a mother to a vulnerable daughter with autism, and the account contains images of her family and daughter, posing a serious threat to their privacy. We were dissatisfied with the response received from Facebook, as their commitment to maintaining a safe platform for all users appears to be lacking. I have been unable to access my business account @runwayboutique_ for almost a week now. After entering my password, a message in Russian appears requesting me to confirm my ownership of the account and providing a "help with log in" button. I received an email from info++[redacted] requesting certain information to retrieve my account, but I am unsure if this email is legitimate. I have already updated the application twice, restarted my smartphone, and attempted to log in from another device, but I am still unable to access my account.

My business ad account has been disabled, despite my good credit card attached to it. Hello, I have been reaching out to Facebook for around two years now about my Facebook account. They requested information regarding my Facebook name, which was "Cocoluvit Real Jones." I am unable to access my Facebook account on any of my devices. I have been logged out and my email and password were changed by a hacker. I have tried following the steps provided by Facebook to recover my account, but have only been able to secure it, not regain access. Since my email has been changed, I cannot reset my password. The email linked to my account no longer shows any associated accounts, prompting me to sign up for a new account, which I don't want to do. I am looking for an alternative way to verify my identity and recover my account. I have never purchased any products on Facebook, yet I noticed three unauthorized deductions from my personal savings account. After contacting my bank, they provided the following details: RM0.00 MBB: Thank you for using your Maybankard ending in xxxx for MYRxxx.00 at FACEBK ADS IE;04/12/19;21:32. For inquiries, please call the number on the back of your card. I am puzzled by this situation and unsure if the issue lies with the bank or Facebook. Dear Customer Service, I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experiences with the ad videos from "captainswagger" and "geartopshop." Twice now, these videos have showcased a product, only to lead to a much cheaper and lower-quality item when clicked on. This practice is misleading and dishonest, as there is no mention that the product is different. I reported both companies on my personal Facebook page, and one video was promptly removed. However, I am disheartened to see that similar videos, adjacent to the removed one, are still present on the same page. It appears that the reviewers are not thoroughly checking the associated fraudulent pages. I urge you to address this issue promptly to protect our community members from falling victim to this deceptive business practice.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook (FB) account. Despite resetting my password multiple times, I keep receiving a message saying, "We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation." Unfortunately, I have been unable to contact FB via phone or email. I am unable to report the issue on the platform itself as I cannot log in successfully, and the Help Center just redirects me back to the login page with the same message. I kindly request FB to assist in resolving this login issue promptly. I have been attempting to regain access to my account for approximately one week without any success.

Yesterday, when I tried to open my Facebook app on my phone, I was prompted to upload a photo. After doing so, it now indicates that my submission is under review. I am confused because my Facebook was functioning normally until yesterday afternoon. I rely on it for work so I need this matter resolved promptly. I attempted to create a new profile as a workaround, but that was unsuccessful.
