As a business owner, I actively network on Facebook and participate in support groups. Unfortunately, my personal account was hacked into, despite my efforts to change the password several times. I was shocked to find out it was disabled for inappropriate activity which I did not engage in. I have changed all my email passwords and tried to reach out to Facebook, but they indicated a credible complaint without investigating further. I run advertisements for my business with Aflac and engage in various support groups and fundraising on Facebook. Despite reporting multiple unauthorized logins from different locations, including one at 3:45 a.m. in LA while I reside in Stockton, my account remains disabled. I have submitted my ID multiple times, denied making any threats, and this ordeal is negatively impacting my business and ability to communicate with family. I hope this issue can be rectified promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

My posts keep getting reported, preventing them from appearing on my timeline. This seems to be a common issue. It would be helpful if Facebook could reveal the names of those reporting my posts so I can block them, even if they are not on my friends list but can still view my profile. Unfortunately, when I tried to address this, I received an error message stating, "Sorry, this feature isn't available right now." I will try again later. If my posts do not violate Community Standards, I would appreciate it if Facebook could look into this matter.

Today, my Facebook account got disabled unexpectedly. I had advertised an online class and sent the interested individuals a Messenger message with an Eventbrite registration link. I am unsure if this messaging activity was associated with my personal account or my business page. I reached out to 65 people who expressed interest in the class. I attempted to submit my ID, email, and phone number for verification, but I received a message saying they were not linked to "Leah Marie," my personal account. I can still view Leah Marie, the business page (leahmarie999), through my daughter's account, but I cannot locate my personal account. I am unable to log in to access my page and am uncertain about its status.

I bought a new phone and transferred all my data, but now I can't access my Facebook because I forgot my password. I tried resetting it, but it's not recognizing my new device. I attempted too many times and now I'm blocked. I really don't want to create a new account. Is there a solution for this frustrating situation?

I have forgotten my Facebook account password and accidentally removed the saved password. Now, I am unable to access my account. I attempted to recover my password without success as I did not provide an email address or phone number for verification. All I remember is my account name, ujjual gurung. I have tried various methods, including watching tutorials, but nothing has worked. I am determined to regain access to my Facebook account and have been exploring different options. Unfortunately, I have not had any success so far. I am eagerly seeking assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you. - ujjual g.

I am experiencing difficulty with receiving the confirmation codes for my Facebook account. The codes are being sent to an unfamiliar email address and phone number instead of mine. I have not been able to successfully log in for several days due to this issue. The codes I do receive are either invalid or I am locked out after multiple unsuccessful attempts. I fear this may be related to providing my password to a potential employer named "Jordan Leann" in connection with a job opportunity with Kannaway. I have been informed that it was a scam after contacting Kannaway directly. Unfortunately, I have already spent $[redacted] on Steam Wallet cards and shared my bank's routing and account numbers, which my bank has advised against. I am relieved that I did not disclose any further sensitive banking information.

My personal account, which was the administrator of a Facebook page connected to my Instagram, was disabled. A promotion on Instagram was under review when my ban happened, complicating things as I can't delete it or create new promotions without access. I tried to log in to Facebook using my phone number and password, only to be met with a message stating my account was disabled, prompting me to visit the help center. Following the link provided for appealing mistakes, I encountered a page requesting my email, phone number, name, and ID to recover my account. Despite entering my phone number instead of an email linked to the account, the system informed me that no email was associated with the disabled account.

I paid for Facebook ads on my page, but on the 14th of this month, Facebook paused about four of them, claiming I reached my card limits. My VISA card has a daily limit of $[redacted], so this isn't true. I've checked with my bank, and there's no issue with my card. Facebook keeps pausing my ads due to false card limit claims but still charges me. My current ads have been off since the 14th, even though there's money on my card. Today, they reactivated two ads, deducting $[redacted], which was previously declined. I'm confused as to why they took money when they said the card was declined earlier. Can someone help me resolve this and get a refund for the charges?

I don't have a Facebook account, but I have been receiving notifications to my email for a year. Today, I discovered that I had received [redacted] notifications from Facebook. With my daughter's help, we attempted to log in to Facebook assuming a false account had been created in my name. After choosing the "forgot password" option, Facebook requested my ID. We uploaded it to prove the email belongs to me, not the Facebook account. Upon further investigation on Facebook, we identified the person whose notifications I have been receiving. My daughter messaged him from her account to explain the mix-up. Our concern is that my ID is now in possession of the wrong account holder. He is unable to access his account since his emails were sent to me, and I mistakenly tried to change his password. How did he verify his account without access to his email? Please address this issue promptly. Thank you. -L. Marleau

My Facebook account has been hacked. I was logged out of my account on my phone and unable to login on any device. I tried to recover my account through Facebook's prompts to reset my password using my email/phone number. I successfully received a confirmation code via email to reset my password, but I never receive the code on my phone. I have attempted multiple methods without success. My phone number is correct with no additional characters. I am wondering if there is a solution like removing my number from Facebook or adjusting the login process to not require a code sent to my phone.

My Facebook account has been hacked for two months now. I've been unable to access it or change my password. When I try to reset my password using my email address, it says not found. I can be found by name search but haven't received a reset code. I suspect someone else is using my account as a friend received a request from "me" today. I don't want to lose my photos, particularly those of my daughter. Please assist. My email is bethanysanders22[at]yahoo.com and you can also reach me via text at [redacted]. Additionally, my mom's email is msykes32[at]yahoo.com in case my emails are not coming through. Thank you for your help.

I have three Instagram accounts for my business. I work as a personal shopper specializing in authentic brands and selling both new and used items. I had stopped using my accounts in [redacted], but this year, in [redacted], I decided to resume my business activities. I began posting again in September [redacted]. I used hashtags under my personally taken photos and some from brand websites. Unfortunately, my account @luxury_closet_3 got disabled, so I switched to @luxury_closet. However, this account was also disabled. I have tried to contact Instagram and followed the usual procedures, but nothing has happened even after sending them the required photos and documents.

Dear Sir / Madam, I am currently going through a very unfortunate situation. Someone expressed interest in purchasing my Facebook Page, which has over 69k likes. Despite my reservations, I engaged in a conversation with this individual. They requested access as an Analyst through Facebook Business Manager to assess the page's traffic, but as soon as the access was granted, they vanished, leaving me locked out of my own page. I received an email confirming that I am no longer able to access it. I am feeling distressed as I have put a lot of time and effort into building this page. I am seeking assistance on how to reclaim ownership of the page as I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to report the issue to Facebook. I have evidence of our interactions and the hacker's profile. This experience has left me feeling disheartened, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am Priscilla Adjei, a Forever Living business owner. I advertise on Facebook using my debit card. I noticed my ads weren't running and asked a friend in Nigeria for help. Facebook blocked my account, but it was resolved later. I then paid someone to run the ads, and my account was blocked again. I tried creating a new page, but Facebook disabled my account. I need help to regain access as my business is at a standstill. It is crucial for supporting my family. I promise to follow the rules and just want to continue running my ads for Forever Living. Thank you for your understanding.

I had a Messenger account that was not linked to Facebook. I initially used my phone number to create the Messenger account. Later, I created a Facebook account with the same phone number, assuming my Messenger account would sync. Upon logging in, I realized my previous messages were not transferred. I attempted to access my Messenger account using the app, but was unsuccessful. I then deleted my Facebook account hoping to regain access to my Messenger account, only to find it is now restricted. The message indicates, "You can't log in to Facebook using this account due to restrictions of the account type." I am seeking assistance to either recover my old account or completely delete the Messenger account. Thank you.

Over the weekend, I received an email containing a verification code for a password change request I never made. Despite this, I followed the link provided. Upon checking my Facebook account, I noticed a friend request had been accepted without my knowledge. I promptly unfriended the individual, feeling concerned. Shortly after, when I attempted to access Facebook again, I was informed that my account had been disabled. Feeling disappointed, I submitted an appeal form, but only received automated responses stating that my account was disabled for violating Facebook's terms. There was mention of threats or graphic content, which I have never shared. I am eager to clarify the situation and have my account reinstated.

My son's Facebook and Messenger account were recently disabled due to abusive language. I want to clarify that he is 44 years old and disabled from a stroke in [redacted]. He is bipolar, struggles with impulse control due to the stroke, and is classified as mentally disabled. As his mother, Deborah L. VanHoy, who manages the account, I am 66 years old. I choose not to engage with his negative comments. Reinstating his account is important as it's his only means of communication with out-of-state friends and family. I'm willing to ensure he abides by the terms and conditions regarding abusive behavior. Please keep me updated on the decision regarding this issue. Thank you.

I've received codes to restore my profile, but they are not working. I've submitted a photo and case number to Facebook, but they are requesting more information. I provided them with a photo of my profile picture and mentioned the secondary profile picture of the account I'm trying to recover. Despite this, I am still being denied access. I have the password and email of the account, but I can't access it because I no longer have the phone number or devices associated with it, and two-step verification is enabled. I am hesitant to provide Facebook with more sensitive identification than I already have. I believe I can prove my authenticity in other ways, such as with a photo of myself and a personal tattoo, which is my profile picture. I've given Facebook a library card and Medicare card, two items from their list of secondary requirements, but they are asking for additional information.

I am having difficulty commenting on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite. The message "gone too fast" keeps appearing. I have reached out to the Facebook Help Center for assistance. Although the issue was initially resolved earlier today, it has resurfaced. I seem to be blocked from commenting on the video section. I would appreciate it if this problem could be promptly addressed to allow me to comment as usual. I have reported this issue three times today. Your prompt assistance to unblock me so I can resume commenting on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite would be greatly appreciated.

I manage Facebook ads for multiple clients. Today, my entire business manager was restricted. I have not violated any policies myself. Two accounts, AZ King and City Slicker Deals, were flagged. These belong to the same company that sought my consulting services for their ads. I never ran any ads for them. The only active account I handle is Cruise Brothers - [redacted]. I have tried to remove AZ King and City Slicker Deals from my business manager. I was made an employee/admin by them but have never run ads for them. Please restore my access so I can manage my other accounts that have not had these issues. Thank you.
