Hello, Today I received notification that a comment I posted was removed for hate speech. Here is the content: "Anyone that carries a knife is nothing more than pussy and low life scum!! If you can't take the beating then don't fight you faggot." I'd appreciate clarification on why this is considered hate speech as per the criteria given in the message. The guideline specifies that hate speech targets individuals based on factors like race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or disability. Which of these categories does my comment allegedly violate? The context was a video showing a person using a knife in a fight they initiated. It is frustrating to see Facebook enforcing this policy on my comment while allowing other inappropriate content to go unchecked.

I've been locked out of my Facebook account since 4 p.m. yesterday. Despite resetting my password multiple times, reinstalling the app, and trying to receive codes via text or email, I still can't access my account. I suspect it might have been disabled or hacked by someone else. It's frustrating that I can't reach Facebook's customer service by phone to get this issue resolved. I'm worried about my information being compromised, especially since my identity has been stolen before.

I recently received this message on Facebook Messenger from Francisco Lopez, claiming to be the Director of Messenger. The message states that there are only [redacted] available accounts left and urges active users to forward the message to all contacts to avoid inactivity, resulting in the loss of contacts. It mentions an upcoming smartphone update with a new design, chat color, and icon change. Non-frequent users might be charged for messages. The logo will turn red to indicate frequent use. There's also a promise of free calls over the internet by forwarding the message to contacts. Sounds too good to be true; is it legit or a scam?

I recently experienced the second instance of being locked out of my Facebook account. As a manager of multiple business pages, it is crucial for me to have uninterrupted access to monitor each page. On both occasions, I was disabled after engaging with a highly interactive post. This pattern is recurring on our social media pages. I was simply engaging with comments on the post when I got locked out. Regaining access to the pages promptly is essential. Additionally, I seek guidance on preventing such lockouts in the future. Currently, I am unable to log in until Sunday afternoon. As the sole account manager, regaining access is urgent. There has been no unusual activity on the account. I kindly ask for quick resolution via email or phone call. I can be contacted at [redacted] Thank you.

I have two Facebook accounts. My first account's username is Kumuthmallar Maniam, and the second one is Mallar Maniam. I maintain the second account while residing in the USA to connect with friends from different countries and receive updates about my kids' school on there. Since yesterday, I've been unable to access my second account due to an issue with Facebook. I forgot the password and didn't receive the 6-digit code to reset it via my phone number. Both accounts use the same email address: [redacted] My phone number is 1-[redacted]. I'm struggling to fix this for hours; any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. Mallar

I am having trouble reaching out to fellow Democrats on my Blue Wave - Democrat page to keep them updated on party strategies in my area. Facebook blocked me from adding friends from a list I was working through. After being unable to click on names for some time, I can now do so but am faced with security questions that delay my work. I kindly request that Facebook removes these security questions and refrains from blocking my activity in the future. Thank you.

I enabled two-factor authentication but accidentally logged out of both my Facebook app and browser. I can't receive the login code needed to access my account. Despite attempting to log in with my phone number, I keep receiving the message "you've tried logging in many times, please try again later" for over 9 hours. Please address and resolve this issue promptly. You may remove the two-factor authentication or take any necessary steps to resolve it. I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

I noticed unusual activity on my account, leading to it getting locked. Now, I'm unable to receive the confirmation code as it's being sent to my U.S. number, which is linked to Google Voice while we're currently in New Zealand on our sailboat. I attempted to have the code sent to my email, but after entering it, I ended up back on the confirmation request screen. A red notification appeared, warning that I might be misusing the platform and could face being blocked. I am currently blocked, and this poses a significant problem as we rely on our DazzlersWatch Page for our blog and occasional advertising. With our upcoming cruising plans, it's vital that I resolve this issue promptly to ensure automatic updates to our Facebook Page. Your assistance in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

In early December, I created three Facebook pages: reciprocityrules, mybit123, and doingmybit. This was my first time venturing into this. I found out that a page needed 25 Likes to set a username, which was available for all of them then. On December 12, [redacted], I set custom URLs for mybit123 and reciprocityrules but couldn't for doingmybit as I needed one more Like. After getting back to it on January 31st, I discovered that Doingmybit seems to be unavailable. The page displays "Sorry, this content isn't available right now." I wonder if someone else took this URL and username or if there was an error in your system, or if I am doing something incorrectly on my end.

I am having trouble accessing my account as I forgot my password. Despite attempting to reset it, the emails I receive are addressed to someone named Peter Dunovov, accompanied by a picture of a large orange cat. My information has been compromised in the past, raising concerns about this incorrect identification. Due to numerous password reset attempts, I am unable to delete or deactivate my account. I am seeking assistance to regain access and address this confusion with the incorrect name association.

I haven't received any money from the Facebook CEO. I am not aware of any promotion. I noticed my name on the supposed winners' list, but I haven't contacted the contest admin. I don't have their contact information. A user suggested reaching out to them at [redacted] or [redacted] I believe this may be a scam. The sender's name was Barbara Sutherland.

My son received a call from someone claiming to be from Facebook, stating he won a $[redacted],[redacted] lottery. They requested $[redacted] for delivery. I spoke with Jacob and then Marshall, who asked for more money for various reasons. When I refused, Marshall became rude, called me names, and hung up. Later, my son received a text from Elliot Zuckerberg asking for a $[redacted] payment. When I refused, they threatened to close our Facebook accounts. I have documented evidence of this scam and will report it. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you.

I received a message from a Facebook friend about my Messenger account possibly being deleted or charged if I didn't share it with others. After forwarding the message, another friend warned me that my account might be hacked. I reassured them it wasn't, but promised to investigate and inform everyone. The sender claims to be an employee of the company. They included a message requesting to forward it to contacts to prevent account inactivity. The message includes a claim about the account's status and updates to the app. It also mentions potential charges and incentives for forwarding. They provide a phone number and urge sending to specific amounts of contacts for different benefits. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this message, especially given the contact information shared. Any guidance on verifying its authenticity and addressing this issue would be appreciated. Thanks, Celeste S.

Facebook disabled my account unexpectedly, citing that I am underage. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for assistance, the provided links lead me to a page prompting for my card details, which I have never previously provided. I am saddened by this sudden account deactivation as it connects me with relatives and friends. I have always attempted to maintain appropriate behavior on the platform by removing explicit content and connections. I kindly request clarification on the alleged error and the reinstatement of my cherished account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I accidentally deactivated my account on Tuesday night when I uninstalled the app. After reinstalling it, I tried to log in but it's not recognizing my username and password. Usually, it would remember my information. I even created a new account on a different web browser, but somehow it recognizes me. I'm puzzled because I was able to log into My Messenger with the same credentials. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I believe my account has been hacked. I have screenshots that clearly show [redacted] is the hacker. They used the name Libby Lucas to deceive me into providing my password. The hacker convinced me to log out so they could access my account under the false pretense of confirming a money delivery to my door. Despite my suspicions, their story was convincing, and I engaged with them for over 30 minutes. Even when I asked directly if I was being hacked, they denied it. I think this email address should be reported, along with the phone number +1 [redacted] that they used to text me. Despite trying to regain access through trusted contacts, Facebook blocked me for trying too frequently. The hackers demanded a $[redacted] Amazon card for my password, which left me frustrated. I fear losing precious memories from high school and when my son was born, as I've had my Facebook account since [redacted]. Losing access would mean losing connections to friends and family who have passed away. I am desperate to regain access to my account and preserve these cherished memories.

Hello, I am Mohammed Abdelwahab, the Chief Coordinator of an annual international Summer School for medical students called "SCMSA Summer Schools - Tropical Medicine, Infectious Diseases" in Egypt. Recently, I discovered that this year's event that was created last December has been unexpectedly deleted. This is a critical issue as I am currently running a campaign for the Summer School and am unable to promote it through Facebook Ads due to the deletion. The event has been held annually for almost 20 years without any policy violations. Additionally, multiple posts related to our 22nd Summer School advertisement campaign have also disappeared. I hope this is due to a Facebook crash on March 13, [redacted]. I have attached screenshots of the Facebook page, including the missing event and posts. Here are links to our official Facebook page and last year's event for reference. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Mohammed AbdelWahab 22nd Summer School Coordinator Suez Canal Medical Students' Association

Hello, This morning, I encountered an issue logging into one of my Facebook accounts. A message informed me that the account was disabled due to unusual activity. I speculate this occurred because of problems Facebook experienced yesterday, and my repeated login attempts may have triggered this. Upon following Facebook's prompts for reactivation, I provided my cellphone number. The complication arises from having two Facebook accounts: Anne Marie Barth, my initial and still active account, and Anne Marie Sperduti, created later for gaming purposes. I shared my cellphone number, [redacted], now disabled in Barth after someone else claimed it. I seek assistance in regaining access to my Sperduti account to resume playing. Despite reaching out to support from my Barth account and responding to their emails, I received no response. I hope for a less frustrating resolution, considering my limited tech knowledge. Thank you for your help.

This morning, upon logging in, I discovered possible account issues related to unauthorized use and verification problems. After going through the necessary steps, the platform is now requesting a photo ID for verification. I am unwilling to provide this. In light of recent news about Facebook being under criminal investigation, it raises concerns about the sudden need for verification. This has caused me to lose out on high-value sales in groups due to ongoing account renewal problems. If providing a photo is mandatory now, I will have to stop using the platform, as will many others. Facebook serves different purposes for different users, mine being solely for browsing cars/trucks/parts. I am open to alternatives as I do not wish to be associated with oversharing individuals. I need urgent access to my old account from yesterday (3/13/[redacted]) or risk losing everything soon. Assistance with restoring my account would be greatly appreciated, but if not resolved promptly, I may not return. Thank you, JP.
