The issue in GetHuman-cartervm's own words
Everytime Try to log into my account, I'm prompted to enter my phone number associated with Facebook but, I no longer have that number anymore. It's old. So when I try the "email recovery" method, the system only allows me to change my password, then it prompts me to log in on a device (computer or phone) that I previously was logged into facebook on before. I've tried that as well and it still doesn't work. The Recovery method just keeps repeating itself. So, how do I changed the old phone number associated with my account, without being logged in? Or can i just receive a link to log back into my account without having to change my password again and without having to use my old phone number? This is getting extremely frustrating. I have important messages from distant family that I need to read. Thanks in advance!
