My name is Katelyn Adkins someone hacked my facebook account and changed my password and i no longer have access to the e-mail associated with my account. ive tried to follow the prompt to secure my account with my ID and send it to you guys but an error message keeps coming up. I've attached my ID and the error message that keeps showing up can someone please help me get back into my account so i can update my email and phone number and be able to use my facebook. I don't understand how someone keeps hacking my account and changing my password to lock me out of it.
