Hi,**I am trying to recover an old account. It prompted me to change my password which I did. Then it asked to change the password again. However, before I can change my password, system required me to submit a scanned or photographed version of a document. I chose my driver's license (one to document from group *), taped over the address as recommended on your web site, scanned and submitted. I really thought it would be over. Nop! *I received the following e-mail from Facebook next day: "Thanks for your email. It looks like you didn't attach a valid form of identification to your request. We can't verify your account until you submit a copy of a valid form of ID.**Please reply to this email and attach a copy of your ID. You can learn more about the types of ID we accept in the Help Center: "**Nowhere there is says what was wrong with my driver's license. Now I must E-MAIL my driver's license? E-mail is not secure and I am very nervous about this. I would like to know that was wrong with my submission to start with. My driver's license is not going to get anymore clear form attaching it to the e-mail. **Account I am trying to recover is tied to e-mail *****@***.com.**Thanks
