At the time the identity was confirmed in the account associated with the mail, I made a mistake and sent a picture of the page associated with the account.*And since I try to get in my account I get the message asking for identity confirmation and the next step is the message: Thanks for your help*We will review the documents you sent and we will contact you. If we need additional help to confirm your name, we will ask for additional documents.*I acknowledge that I am wrong that I did not send the required data and to prove that I am in good faith and I necessarily need to enter the account associated with the account, I send you any document stating that I am a person and not a phantom account . I mention that I absolutely need this account to promote the image and liaise with partners.*In the hope that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible, I thank you and I look forward to your response.
