Someone has some how got into my account * weeks ago and changed my password, I logged out and tried logging back in but said incorrect password, I have tried everything I can think of to retrieve password as I no longer have access to the two email addresses or the two verification email addresses or phone numbers, I received * codes from my trusted friends and when I put them in it said this email address you entered is already in use on another Facebook account, I managed to pass an identity check and change my password then it said there would be an email sent to the email address I provided, the one I have access to so I waited the ** mins then had to click again to resend the mail and then a message came up saying sorry this feature isn’t available right now an error has occurred so I left it ** hours and tried again but it’s saying the same message. I’m so stuck on what else I can do as I’ve contacted the email addresses that I no longer have access to but they are saying I haven’t provided enough information. I would be so greatful if someone could get back to me with another solution to try resolving my problem thank you kindly Cheryl
