I have been attempting to access my old facebook account. The email associated with it is *****@***.com. Every few months, I try to access it but it always says "Unable to verify your identity. Please try again later." It doesn't give me any options to verify my identity. It just keeps giving me the same response. I used to be able to at least update the password first, but now I don't even get that prompt. **I have read all the forums, attempted to call multiple numbers, and almost got as far as sending in my driverse license but that page ALSO DOESN'T WORK. It keeps telling me that there is no image selected even when there is. **I am extremely upset not only because of the breach in confidentiality but even moreso now because I cannot access my own account.
GetHuman-harmanm did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
