I have posted a n ad for my poetry website on FB for *.** per day as advertised then added a boost for app *.**. Within a little over a week I was paying ***.** on MC. Shortly after another ***.** then ***.**. I was not consulted nor did I approve this. I searched for your Phone Nr a and talked to three different men. Apparently they checked my account and stated that FB made a mistake and it would return my money. However, to do so I had to purchase * **.** iTune cards. I did so, read them the digits, waited for a very long time, was told I had given them one wrong number and advised to buy another *. Now, after ***.** dollars, I would have to do it again because the whole process became invalid. They also assured me these expenses would be also reimbursed. I can not believe that FB has such a policy. I feel like being scammed again through FB. I have been already taken for over * ***.*** by people claiming to be executives of your company. I have tried everything to solve my problem, but to no avail. Please look into this. I would appreciate it very much. Thank you.
