To Whom it May Concern:**I sent the email below to you six days ago and still no response. After you asked for three emails, you’ve not sent us any tracking numbers.**Our daughter received a package yesterday with only one of of the four gifts we purchased for them. It only had a small book in a rather large box and it was damaged. See photo. **The only phone number published goes to your online call center in CA. They have nothing to do with the store in NYC. They said they were told there have been technical problems with your phones since you opened in November and the ONLY way you can be reached is this email address. They checked to see if they could send a replacement for the book and the it’s not even available through the online catalog. **What a mess and total disorganization and ineptness, especially for a store of your caliber. **I would appreciate a call back from someone in your organization that can give us some assistance three days before Christmas. **For what was a wonderful first trip to New York and a delight to come in your store and buy our grandchildren their Christmas gifts, this has turned into a fiasco. *. *Hello!**We bought gifts for our grandchildren while visiting your store last week on December *. *They were sent to * different addresses. The sales associate asked that we give her separate email accounts for each location, so we have * receipts.
