I've been trying to get the fafsa signed on my mom's behalf, but the system doesn't recognize her login at all. I've tried calling but the first time they just hung up on me and the second time they said they sent an email to reset the password, but I'm in her email and that didn't happen even though I resent it * times. I don't even know if I have the right email anymore because when i tried to use it for the fafsa it says it doesnt recognize it. I just really need to know what email she used or if there's something that went wrong that's preventing me from doing the email that I have on file for her.
