Whom this may concern, **My name is Angie Moore (**-**-**) and I have been using Express Scripts for years receiving my mail order prescriptions. I sent my controlled rx’s by mail for the first time this month. I have two prescriptions that per tracking were saying would be delivered *-**-** by *pm (Fedex). I paid extra for them to ship * day shipping. When they did not arrive last night I reached Fedex and they stated shipping label was created but they have not received the package. Express Scripts is telling me Fedex picked the package up. Fedex states if they picked it up Express Scripts should have a pick up number. Nobody at Express Scripts could tell me anything about or how to find a pick up number. Neither end is doing any kind of investigation as to where my hydrocodone and adderall meds went. (Did they get into the hands of a drug addict? Lost? Stolen? Or just missed placed?) none of those are exceptable. In the mean time I’m sitting here on Sat with no answers and no medication. Customer Service is lacking of knowledge of the process. It seems like the only training they have is navigating from screen to screen reading information in front of them. I don’t need them to tell me things I can already see from my end. Customer Service and even the two supervisors I’ve spoke with seem unversed on the process of all steps and departments that deal with rx’s on front end to back end until it goes out the door safely in the correct hands. **I know you think I’m being harsh but I have worked all ends of one of the biggest healthcare distributors. I am very knowledgeable in processing from front end to the back end, from Mail Room, to Customer Service, keying orders, Refill dept,*Escalations and shipping. I have worked every insurance carrier from private to state, from rx’s to auth department, billing to contacting Dr. for more needed information. When I’m told by untrained customer service reps they can’t see certain information because they don’t want to do any research because it would include working to hard I get livid. **Fedex closed ** mins ago in my area and I have no answers and no call backs from either end.
