Book a trip to The Pyramid at Grand Cancun- All Inclusive ... I went to book a trip with Expedia for The Pyramid at Grand Cancun- All Inclusive. The price was at about *,***.** dollars and it was booked for three adults May ** ****-May ** ****. I added my information plus the other two people's information that are traveling with me. I added my card, email, and phone number. When I first entered my card information it said it could not use my card so I initially thought it was because I did not put my middle name. I edit it and put my middle name into the card information. It started to load and I saw that my card got charged *,***.** from Expedia. Which isn't even the full amount for the trip anyways which I didn't understand why it did so. I looked back onto Expedia thinking the transaction went through and it was successfully booked, but instead it says, ''Sorry We weren't able to proceed with your booking. Please try your search again.'' I would like to know where my money went and why did the charge go through if I got an error message? I've been trying to talk to someone personally about this, but I only get an automated message asking me to press numbers for the different options. When I proceeded to press the option for billing questions they asked for an itinerary number. I do not have this because it told me that the booking wasn't able to be proceeded with. Currently don't know what to do about the situation and frankly at this point just want my money back.
I got charged, but I got a error ''Sorry We weren't able to proceed with your booking. Please try your search again'' If I wasn't able to get the booking I should've have gotten a charge on my account.
I want my money back. I payed for something I didn't even get.
I tried calling but they need booking information like a itinerary number, but I cant provide that if there was a error.
