Here is the problem I face when I try to book * rooms on my app. The same type of rooms always book. I need one room with a king size bed for my daughter and her husband. I try to do a suite so there is room for the baby's pack and play. I need another room with a handicap shower and * queen beds for my other daughter and myself. I cannot climb into a tub. When I find a hotel offering the both styles and I book the first one, I am given no choice for the second. I have tried getting past the recording on the phone but they tell me I have no booking number so I cannot speak with anyone. I cannot book * rooms when one will not work for me. I have been with Expedia a long time, but I am tired of this problem and find it easier to just book directly with a hotel when I have this problem.
