You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-justblon's own words
When I booked a room online it said there was * available rooms at the property.... I paid for it online I had just had a very long emotional family event that took place and all I wanted to do was take a bath and get some rest... when I arrived at Motel * South in Billings ,Mt ti find a bitter rude and very mean person behind the counter, telling me that she had canceled my reservations and that it might say there is a room available but all she has is dirty rooms and she's not going to give me one of those, plus these "********" dont pa and me enough to give a f***!!!! Wow!!!! I was in awe, shocked, and completely taken back. I asked her . I said I already paid for it. What??? Are you kidding me? Hospitality??? She then said, not my problem.... it's on Expedia!!!! Sorry. But. Wtf??? I then contacted you and you were very helpful. But I I have NOT ever received my refund.. please. Help. Thank you . Distraught, * Justine Gierke
