You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I called customer support and asked about cancelling and rebooking for the next day. No problem--was a * hour conversation and nothing was ever mentioned that it would cost me my original cost besides the add'l cost. I asked several times what the cost was and she always said ***.** not ***.**!!*!*I would have just cancelled and rebooked myself-since I knew the ticket was around $***. I have called and spoke to the supervisors(after being on hold for an hour) and have not had this resolved. I would never have paid $*** for this trip, if nothing else I would have came home the one day sooner.I feel the original rep misrepresented the cost and would like to be reimbursed for aleast part of this.Also customer service is not the best when you have to wait hours to talk to anyone. Please reconsider this issue. I have used Expedia in the past with no issues but will not use or recommend in the future if this is not resolved ltinerary **************
