The issue in GetHuman-mpmayber's own words
On ********* I made a reservation via Expedia, IT * ************* for the Kensington Hotel Ann Arbor, MI. Immediately after receiving confirmation, I realized I had made an error with regard to the dates reserved. I was unable to contact the the hotel or Expedia to change the arrival*check-out dates. I attempted to contact Expedia and was repeatedly advised X* that my calls would be returned from between *-* minutes and *-** minutes. I understood that if I cancelled the reservation my credit card ending in **** wouldn’t be credited*refunded in the amount charged. At Expedia’s suggestion, I had also purchased the recommended Travel Guard Insurance, policy * ********. To no avail. I was further advised via website that I must cancel the reservation just made in order to change the existing reservation. I would appreciate assistance with crediting my MasterCard ending in **** in amount of $***.**. A subsequent reservation was made via Expedia at the Days Inn by Wyndham*Ann Arbor on ********* with the correct dates of arrival and departure.

GetHuman-mpmayber did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
